“Took my car here a while ago, my front bumper was sagging due to a design flaw and I was having no luck at the dealership getting it resolved. Stopped by to get an estimate and the owner was super nice and assured me this was a common problem. He said he could replace the bumper, but I would most likely experience the same issue again at some point......He was correct as I had already replaced the bumper once. He had his men fix the bumper while I waited and then would not let me pay him anything! He said the issue may return, but this would be a good temporary fix......It's lasted a year and a half so far.
I never forgot this act of kindness and when my daughter needed some body work done, I took her car there. They did a great job and the work was done in a timely manner. I felt the price was also very fair.”
“I just bought a used boat with a tandem axle Magic Tilt trailer. The trailer is in less than perfect shape, so I am going to replace the entire suspension. As a prelude, I have never worked on a trailer before. After performing a lot of research, I landed at Trailer Depot of Sarasota to order my parts from a certified dealer. I placed an online order of what I thought I needed and received a call the next day from the service reps because apparently a few of the items on my order looked a little odd. I am very thankful that they did. After speaking with one of the gentlemen (Scott), he walked me through everything and we corrected the order, and now I am headed towards shipping. These folks are incredibly well versed when it comes to trailers. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend!”

“Car repairs are never fun but I am very happy to report Sunset Collision has the best receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. They kept me up to date on progress of repairs. Returned my phone calls and assisted when the dealer had to intervene for their part of the repairs. I was lucky to have great customer service from their staff in front and back in the service department and if I ever have to have a repair on my car, I’ll return knowing it will be the same great service. “We're an out of state team here helping with relief from the hurricanes, and when our trailer broke down on us and other shops couldn't get us back on the road, they had a full set of tires for us and got us back on the road within AN HOUR, I don't think it gets better than that, amazing customer service on the initial phone call, beyond friendly and knowledgeable staff, if we ever find ourselves in the area again we'll definitely be coming back here! thank you guys so much for helping keep us on the road!”
“Update: They were apologetic and promised to make it right. They replaced the muffler, adjusted the lift gate and cleaned the interior. The taillight still had scuffs visible but I was able to polish it out myself to avoid having to bring it back. Everything looks good now and communication was good.
We dropped the vehicle off May 9th for repairs due to being rear ended. They called us on June 7th to advise us it was all ready to be picked up. This is how they delivered it to us. Interior covered in dust especially the rear cargo area. It appears no attempt was made to vacuum it or do any sort of interior clean up. The exhaust is bent and the right side that took the biggest portion of the impact is pushed back. The gaps on the lift gate that was replaced is large on one side and small on the other. The right outer taillamp is scuffed up.
The advisor told us it can all be fixed but the technicians are gone for the day and we would need to bring it back Monday.
How could anyone consider this fixed and ready to go back to the customer? Is there not a final inspection? Now we had to leave it so they can look at it on Monday and already turned the rental vehicle in.
The communication from the advisor for status updates was good which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. If these visually obvious items were overlooked I have concerns about the items not easily seen.”
