We dealt with Nicole, —- attention to detail, calming manner since we were in need of a special prescription for our dog to be able to continue her life at the emergency veterinarian clinic in Sarasota.
Nicole along with your entire Group of Associates compounded the prescription in record time so I could get to the emergency clinic with the medication.
Your group did the ordinary extraordinarily well.
Kudos to a well run company and wonderful leadership

The woman answering the phones immediately puts you on hold and purposely never comes back on. This is the third time this has happened to me when calling. Poor customer care and lack of time management.

I wouldn't use another pharmacy. Apothecary employee's are personable, knowledgeable and ALWAYS let us know exactly what is going on with our prescriptions. They take time to know who you are.

They charged me 69.99 for compound rx that Eckerds on Manatee only charges $30.00 for, same thing, same amount. I am in cancer recovery and my insurance doesn’t cover this. This is the worst price gouging for a cancer patient. Shame on them.i need it every 6 days. Pretty great ? I don’t think so.
