Janelle was a pleasure! She answered all of my questions. She helped ensure that my paperwork for bills were filled out correctly and managed all of my cash efficiently. I didn’t even know Amscot offered stamps! Lots of knowledge dropped by this gem, all the while managing other customers too!

I tried to cash an Amscot money order I never used! It's 15.00. The very rude lady said it will cost you 3.00 omg....like what? Went to A bank no problem no fee.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR OUT GOING MAIL!!!!!I purchased money orders, an envelope and a stamp from this location , put it in their outgoing mail box that they have there was told it gets picked up every day going forward three weeks went by my landlord, never received his money orders, so I was told to go to a return on the money orders was told it would be two months turnaround still before I did it I went in and I asked the lady to open up the mailbox before I lost money and having to return the money orders she got an attitude and said it gets picked up daily. I said you never know what might be stuck in there or something so she goes and and opens it in the box was full! When I say, I was very upset this lady had no cares in the world. I asked her if it gets picked up daily she said yes, every day, but Sunday I said it so all the mail is from yesterday. She proceeded to tell me yes. So she started going through the mail and said I don’t see it in here. I said no please keep going and she wasn’t pleasant at all when she got almost to the bottom of the mailbox there was my envelope. This lady did not apologize. Say sorry nothing very rude. All these people that have mail in here thinking that it’s been mailed out has been sitting in here. I hope nobody’s lights got turned off got evicted anything they should be ashamed of yourselves never using their services again..!!
