AKVM installed a new metal roof on our 50 year old home. Ben the estimator was prompt and professional when he measured our home and explained the choices and AKVM's installation process. My wife and I have no qualms about our choice of roofing companies. Scott the project manager for metal roofs was on top of the install, visiting at least twice a day, making sure that everything was going OK. Scott's an excellent communicator who kept us apprised of the progress.The install crew showed a lot of attention to detail. And it shows. The completed roof has a crisp look to it with square corners square and the long runs of metal panels nice and straight. After completion, they worked late picking up nails and scrap. I told my wife that the job looks much better than I had thought it would. Based on my experience, I highly recommend AKVM.

We could not be more happy with AKVM roofing company. The quality and workmanship of the product and employees was truly amazing. Our roof was completed in a timely manner and the clean up process could not have been better. I highly recommend getting a quote from AKVM. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend AKVM! From the initial estimate to project completion, they were top-notch! From Ben's initial visit to provide an estimate, to keeping us up to date on scheduling, to timeliness of completing the work, and keeping the worksite clean throughout the job, everything was superb. Several of our neighbors used AKVM to do their roof and expressed similar comments. AAA+!

Not only did they do a great job on the repair, buy they walked around the roof
and fixed some other problems that they saw, without my asking.

Excellent experience beginning to end. Ben was our contact on the job and did an excellent job. Even after the hurricane, Ben gave us a price for a metal roof and held the price as we worked through our insurance (other contractors did not). The job was delayed slightly due to weather. Ben communicated with us with the new timeline (only slipped a week) and was consistently professional. When our new roof was put on, the tear off crew was really nice and clean and the crew to put the roof on was always accommodating of us moving in and out the garage. Best of all, when I see the other metal roofs around our house that were just put on, I can see ours is a higher quality (better, larger edges and flashing with straighter lines). Would not hesitate to use them again.

Peyton & Juan are excellent at their craft! They installed all new 7” gutters on my house and they did a fantastic job on short notice. When we had a few issues to deal with shortly after they were prompt to address and repair them. I’m sure their roofing skills are equally as good. Have confidence with AKVM.

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Ben was very professional and was very fast in providing in person estimate in the same day I contacted the company most other companies takes a long time in giving estimate or will only first provide virtual estimate. And he answered all my questions fast by email, text or phone. The workers were on time and worked long hours daily. The owner Peyton Carr were very professional and helpful from start to end, I highly recommend this company.

Good work, nice people, professional. Squeezed my roof in between other jobs, which I appreciate.
I had issues with communication throughout the whole process, pre-sale all the way through to the end of the job but the job appears to have been done right, so makes up for these shortcomings in my book. I also have high expectations with any business I deal with as I feel communication is such a simple thing and goes a long way toward managing expectations.
A false promise also occurred but that happens when trying to squeeze someone in like they did so I did not make issue of it. Any negotiation I attempted was met with silence, which I suppose was meant to passively be a no.
Overall, they got the job done, cleaned up well, and were decent to deal with.
I would recommend to a friend.

I live in an apartment complex where they've been replacing the roofs, these people are so inconsiderate. They block off entire sections of the street and then don't show up to work, they take up parking spots that belong to residents, and they start banging away at 8am on Saturdays and Sundays. No consideration at all for the people who live here.
