My dog Charlie Brown has been going for years to AAA Pet Resort with a recent short break in his visits due to personal reasons. I have to talk about his excitement last week while dropping him off for boarding, when he realized he was getting closer to this very special place for him, he couldn’t contain himself and it was very easy to tell his bark was just pure excitement wanting to get out of my truck to say hello to Natalya and her team. It filled my heart to see him this happy!!

Estuvo en el en Florida Strawberry festival, estuve viendo una presentación de show que tienen esta familia, él entrenamiento de todos los perritos ? ??? que estaban presentes fue tan magnífico, observar a los niños y cada familia disfrutando fue divertido, estás personas sin altamente profesionales para sus perritos que deseen darles un entretenimiento.

I can't say enough good things about AAA pet resort!!! After touring the facility and meeting staff members I felt extremely comfortable leaving our 4 month old frenchie with them for doggy daycare. Our puppy loves it there and is excited as soon as we pull into the driveway! He's always happy and well cared for. We've used them for an overnight stay and felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care.They are very personalbe and truly love the animals.

Best place we could ever leave our dogs!They always seem so happy when we picked them up, and we can have our family vacation without any worries! Very nice to have a place that’s so educated and caring with dogs. Makes it that much easier to leave them for a few days with this great AAA dog resort!

Off to a bad start. Before making a reservation for my dog to be boarded, I called to make an appointment for a tour. A tour was scheduled for two days later, with a date and a specific time. When I got there I was told that no appointment had been made for me, and nobody could give me a tour. I was not very impressed with this place, and if they are that disorganized, I am glad that I hadn't made an appointment for boarding.

In April I boarded my 2 year old Maltese here for 3 weeks for socialization and intense training - Natalia, Jorge, and Laura were amazing- they treated him like family- the training was excellent- I am very pleased with how well Bailey was treated and trained - I will be boarding him with AAA Pet Resort more this summer - thank you very much for taking such good care of Bailey

This was the first time I boarded my two dogs for a prolonged time period (let alone a new boarding facility). The staff was so compassionate and attentive to my pups. Unfortunately, on the second day my Standard Poodle had Diarrhea (likely due to anxiety associated with a new boarding facility) and I was so impressed that Natalya called me to make me aware of the situation and ask my directive on how to proceed. Based on the photographs shared on social media, I could tell my pups were having a blast. I am so happy to have found this facility as I can now travel without feeling bad that my dogs aren’t being taken care of! Thank you AAA Pet Resort!

Our dogs just returned home after a ten day vacation at AAA pet resort. Our dogs look very happy, healthy and in great shape! I can tell they had lots of fun with the other dogs and people working at the resort. Our dogs are very bad and peaky eaters. After being at the resort, they are just perfect! We could not leave our dogs anywhere else. We live in Tampa and bring the dogs to Bradenton. AAA pet resort is absolutely perfect and it is the only place we can trust with our kids. Thanks to AAA we could go on vacation abroad and have peace of mind knowing our dogs are in good hands. Thank you! We ❤ you, AAA PET RESORT!PS. If you happen to read older bad reviews (6 years +), AAA was owned by a different person that has nothing to do with the new owners. The new owners changed the concept completely and turned the place into a real resort and retreat for doggies. They are absolutely the best and the only ones for us. We live in Tampa and we bring our dogs to Bradenton. Our dogs are worth it.

Natalya and AAA Pet Resort have been a breath of fresh air for our family and pets. From the very first contact to the current relationship, confidence has always been high and respect for their service delivery was earned from day one. We have made many trips to the facility for boarding as well as training, and each visit showed happy faces from other customers that were either dropping off or picking up their pets, and staff that were supportive of the moment. Some of the many reasons I hold AAA Pet Resort in such high regard is that there is no pressure for additional services; no berating other competitors; no excessive emails after first contact (ie: "We have not heard from you, please take a survey and let us know why, reply quickly to take advantage of our specials") etc. There is just a stellar down home feeling that is developed when interacting with them in person, rather than via some "interactive" online software program.Thank you Natalya and AAA Pet Resort for a job well done,Capt. My dog absolutely loves this place she goes crazy when we get close ! They are super friendly always remember our names and Sarah our dog of course. Super happy with all their services.

This is hands down the best place for daycare or boarding. The staff is super friendly and my dog Sarah goes crazy with excitement when she sees the place. Sarah is super happy and very tired when we pick her up. Thanks

They have dogs that are constantly barking. They are not zone for their business. Not neighborly friendly. Employees have no wh6to park but in the right of way. Customers are not legally able to access property. Now they think they can do doggie daycare. Unbelievable

I was told they don't accept pit bulls over 1 YO apparently. I really wanted to give them my business after reading the good reviews but I don't understand why a dog training/boarding facility would discriminate against Pits, especially when they've never met the dog. Claiming it's for "safety"... trash.

I brought my dog as a a puppy. She was abused and attacked by other dogs at her last daycare. These friends pulled my dog out of fear into confidence and leadership. I will be eternally grateful for the job theyve done of love, patience, and care.
