Go somewhere else and get your background done they are the only place charging customers again to hit the resubmission button when they are the original person you went to and 60 dollars just to hit a button other companies are doing it for free if you originally went to them the original is 109 and to hit a resubmit button it’s 60 don’t go here

Rebecca was super responsive and helpful but finding their suite wasn't easy, and the price I was given wasn't the same when I got to the office. They charge a fee to use a debit card. While I understand they don't want to incur additional expenses, this made their fee higher than their competition. Not significantly, but higher nonetheless. I'm an incredibly transparent person, and expect the same, especially when shopping services.

They don't ask what you came to the company for, the employees sit in the back, I had to walk in to the back, just to get service after waiting several minutes. Then I was rudely pointed at and told to back to the front. It was not great service but they did what I needed. They are certified, so I gave 5 stars.

I send my potential and current employees to A1 when new background screenings are required as well as renewals. They are great and make the process very easy for us. I highly recommend them to any business -OR- individual that requires a background screening.

Had to do fingerprints for a loan I was applying for. A1 Finger Printing In Cape Coral was terrific I arrive earlier than schedule but they were able to squeeze me in early and were very courteous and professional I would definitely use their services in the future A+A+A+
