Stopped here for gas and a coffee refill on a Monday when it supposed to be $0.99 refill with the app.
Walk in with my cup from another 7-11 earlier in the day. Clerk looks right at me as I walk by him with it. Go get my refill and head to the register. Clerk goes to scan my cup and I mention it’s a refill. In a rude, deadpan response he tells me I didn’t show him my cup and charges me full price.
I’d recommend heading a half mile up the road to the other 7-11 on Caruso Rd. Staff is much friendlier and it’s where I’ll be heading from now on.

Rude old man that says their restroom is out of order and he has to run over to the chic fil a when he has to go.I think he claims it’s out of order so he doesn’t have to clean it.

Fix your bathrooms! You’re right off the interstate and most people stop and pee. Such a pain to have to make a second stop!

They always keep the bathroom closed so that customers do not use it and the customer service is very bad, a chain like 7-eleven should not allow that

The most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. And I've seen a lot of gross ones over the years. Dry and wet urine all over the floor, fecal matter everywhere, one wet roll of toilet paper with black grease fingerprints all over it and the sink was black with dirt and grease. I complained to the cashier and she just said, "I know."

The service here is excellent. In Arizona, there is a 7-Eleven around corner from my house and they are all dicks. This one here restored my faith in 7-Eleven

Frequent this gas station often but they never have receipts for carwash at the pump. The attendant was extremely disrespectful when I went in to request one and to point out that fact. Luckily it’s an easy fix, will never go back to it. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. Trash overflowing. Trash all over the floor. Broken bathroom equipment and no toilet paper
