2 gas pumps didn't work, plus the put a hold on my credit card for $175!

7-11 is falling down in the rank of convenience stores. I think they just can't find good employees. The bathrooms are always closed at some stores or they are dirty. The store employees are not knowledgeable and don't how to load certain cards with money or just say that so they don't have to do it.

Absolutely wonderful store and staff! Anyone who says otherwise hasn't had to work in customer service.
