Purchased something, they overcharged me, I asked for a refund. They refunded it. The refund showed on my account and then the refund disappeared the next day. This is criminal.

Awful. Always check you receipts when you go here. They advertise on price and charge another. Over charged me $4 on what should have cost $9.50. Image of what was advertised.

The older, foreign, grumpy, guy is so rude and unprofessional. The other co-workers are amazing. It's a let down when he is at the counter like it ruins your day.

The guy with the blue eyes and soft sound is extremely rude!he said bad words to me when I was paying because I asked about the price if it's on the deal of buy 2!he was yelling infront of everyone standing on the long line saying that he doesn't have the time for this!!he is just racist because I have an accent. He did before but last time was beyond anyone can accept.i wish I will not see him again in this location that I go always to it because it's next to where I live.i wish the owner or someone can do justice to me!!!

I would love to speak to the owner about one of the employees that work at this location. The indian guy that works night shifts on saturdays needs to be spoken to heavily by the boss or manager or fired completely. You cant refuse service to customers for illegimate reasons. The 711 is on the corner of 26th and 53rd.

The cashier brown man with the white beard and glasses is extremely rude!!!! We asked him to look at the a receipt we had an issue with a charge he made and he raised his voice, didn’t look at the receipt and kicked us out the store he was yelling at my husband and yelling at me! This is NOT the first time I hear this guy is a totally a hole either! We go to this store all the time and he is fairly new but I hope his attitude changes soon!

Best service they didn't even mind making a new batch of wings or heating up some pizza I just came from the one down the block literally! They had attitude and bad service getting gas from them im glad these people here are polite and mannered

The syrup was running out of the Coke in the fountain, so he changed it quick for me. I really appreciated not having to buy a bottle - the fountain is way cheaper. ?☺

I have been saving my points because I thought that it was only giving discounts but with the points I saved I got a free pizza and it was so good. You would think it was from a pizza restaurant. I love this because I also noticed that I was approved to get 11 cents off gas. I am not sure if it is for anyone that has the app to get the rewards but it is a great system. I would recommend everyone to download the app and get free food and drinks and cheap gas
