I asked how to use my points. The cashier man just stares at me. I repeated myself because my points have just been racking up and I’ve never used them. A lady comes over and explains how you do it. When I said “thank you for explaining how it works. I’ve never used them before.” She took the coffee and says I won’t be served today because I assumed he didn’t know English. Because of how he looked ?. A fool. No, actually I assumed he didn’t hear me because he has ear buds in his ears ! Great service. Not.
There was an employee that stabbed a customer here a few weeks ago….. all over the news. Just stay away from this place.

This place is disgusting. I was trying to make a fountain drink and almost slipped and fell because there was dirty water all over the floor. One night I went in and they were stocking the unwrapped donuts while the racks they were in were sitting on the ground. This place is awful.

Deceptive pricing. Advertised on the big sign as $3.49 per gallon regular. Price at pump was actually $3.69 per gallon

I am a loyal 711 rewards member. The lady that has two toned hair is probably the worst employee they could have. She is downright rude and nasty. I have been to many 711s in Sarasota/Bradenton. I tried to use my large coffee and donut coupon for $2.50 and she would not honor the deal because they didn’t have any large cups in stock so I opted for a xl in hopes of still receiving the points. Any other 711 has honored the price for me. It’s no wonder there are 1 star reviews here. Will not come back. Aside from that the bathroom has no lock so anyone can come in on you or your child which is illegal. This store is not accredited with the Better Bureau Business. Check for yourself. I will be submitting a complaint with the corporate office seems like this location is just a nuisance.

The clerk was very rude when we stopped through over asking for a bag it's the holidays people be cheerful while your q cluster service clerk that's most important and definitely don't appreciate under the breath comments you don't know how the holidays are for some!

Heed the advice of all the other reviews and STEER CLEAR OF HERE! This poorly-staffed, poorly-operated, poorly-managed 7ELEVEN has permanently lost my business and, likely, anyone else's future business that has made the mistake of finding themselves in this dirty, broken-down cesspool that claims to be a gas station.

This Was worse 711 ever been in my entire life and I love 711. The employees were nasty smelling and just down right dirty looking and their composure made it even more worse of an experience!! I hate to say this but the girls, I am assuming were suppose to be labeled as a or Cashiers, but they had no uniform and looked like they just woke up off the street from sleeping on the front sidewalk and into the store behind the counter to work.. I mean huh!!!! I mean just I don't have a word as in how to describe the experience and situation.. Not only that but they were extremely rude and condescending to top it off.. I witnessed one of the cashiers that was the rudest while on her phone on her shoulder resting while talking it seemed to be her boyfriend with no gloves or protection grab food out of the food glass heated holding bare handed in front of a long line with a nasty looking mouth horrible looking I might add and throw it together to bring to the counter. Ibwas so disgusted and from the response from the other half of the line was on the same page as myself! All I wanted was to get the Heck out of their and wash almost seemed like before I got in my car.. Yes no exaggeration at all and I am not even the type to ever post reviews but I thought it may not change anything at all with that organization, I shouldn't even label as.....but I had to express to someone my experience and about 25 others voices I feel, felt the same.. Whomever this reaches if it is within, I hope your aware of your responsibility that's a complete failure as I feel it wouldn't be difficult to state, Iam positive everyone else visiting feels the same.... Make it right!!!!! Please , for the public that pays to visit your establishment... God Blesss!!!!

Staff is rude. Manager claims to be the franchisee and said he would prefer if I did not give the store my business simply after a complaint that every day the line streches out of the door while they do not run all the registers. This guy avoids the register every day, anytime of day you can find him doing nothing to help customers get in and out. Bad service and rude workers do not deserve business. Ive lived here for 20 years and will now happily drive over a mile away for my gas and convience items at the nearest Racetrac.

I use this location all the time for gas but can’t anymore in good conscious since they won’t even let patrons use the bathroom. I understand they have a crazy homeless population in the area and they might dirty the bathroom however, paying customers need to be able to use the restroom when necessary.
