Store hours on Google, the front door, and the voicemail that picks up says 10 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday. I spoke with someone today 7-13-22 and said I’d be there to pick up my ring, I asked what time you will be open until today. I was told 5 PM. At 4:23 the doors were shut lights off and I went out of my way for nothing. I don’t appreciate it. You need to stick to your hours, or adjust them on your voicemail, your front door, and Google. Thank you

Not real thrilled with this custom job. Bent misshapen, and poorly soldered jump rings, fire scale all over, and tool marks from the flexishaft rotary tool. I was told it would be lasered, but laser soldering doesn't leave fire scale. Very poor workmanship, Three stars instead of one because they have some unique and pretty pieces. Just don't get any custom work done.

They do have a lot of nautical themed jewelry, and if you just want to go in and get a souvenir mermaid in gold to remember your vacation, then this is your guy. But if you have anything more complicated than a watch battery to repair, avoid this place for custom work. They made such a mess of the piece I gave them, they are lucky I actually paid them. First of all they insisted the piece needed lasering instead of soldering and charged me a fortune to "send it out". The piece is sapphires and diamonds and actually a skilled jeweler knows you don't have to laser sapphires and diamonds. The problem is they don't have a skilled jeweler. They have the owner's son with about three weeks of training. Having said they were sending out to be lasered, it's pretty clear "Junior" used it as a practice piece, because it was so bad, I am now having it redone at Tilden Ross, a real jeweler.

I went here because of the glowing reviews. If you want something from out of the case, they have some lovely things. However, if you want something custom this is not the place. They don't have a well trained bench guy, and they told me they would have to send the piece out to someone with a laser machine, because it was too delicate for their guy to handle. I got it back today and its so bad I can't give it as the gift it was intended to be and I will have to have it redone. The jump rings are misshapen, the solder is sloppy and does not look like a laser job (There wouldn't be fire scale if it was., and I think someone bathed this thing in the torch because it is covered with fire scale and shows Dremel type marks from the flexishaft (jewelers will know what I am talking about. I am so furious at how badly this was done, and now I am out $130 for the privilege. Do yourself a favor and keep driving straight to Tilden Ross in St Armand's Circle. I knew better, but I thought I'd give the local place a try.

Stopped in looking for a sterling silver pendant. They have a nice selection. Very friendly staff. Higher end items compared to other shops.

We visit Anna Marie every year and make it a point to stop in Shop. We have purchased several pieces from here and love the service. I bought a ring on our last day there and had it shipped to New York State. They did send it out at no extra cost. My Father was a Jeweler and treated customers like they do. We will keep going back. Super service and great people.

John and his staff are knowledgeable and personable. After speaking with another jeweler about having my 3 rings made into one and having him turn his nose up at what I wanted, I brought them to John who did just what I asked and I'm thrilled with the result. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs from watch batteries to signature pieces. You won't be disappointed.

Visited them Thanksgiving week 2018. Saleshelp awesome. Shopped on Black Friday, pulled 2 prizes--both quality pieces. One was a pair of earrings shaped like coral. Lost one of them, called to buy another a pair--they replaced for FREE! Can't wait to shop there again this Thanksgiving. Already picking out this year's treasures.
