battery boost. Guy showed up. asked me to sign a document. when asked to see what I was signing for he turned and said have it your way BITCH. Hopped in his truck a drove off. When I called the office to tell them what he did they hung up on me....I guess the apple doesnt fall far

Man, this place is awful! The lady who answers the phone, who claims she is the supervisor for both locations, is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Her general disposition and tone is that she not only hates this place but she hates life itself. They should really consider having someone else supervisor and answer the phones. She has zero customer service skills. I would never use their services. In fact, it was the state who called them and not me. And I’m still paying for that! Do not call this tow company! Take your business elsewhere. A little compassion can go a long way!

The team at Zuccala was so professional and courteous, especially Brittany, when I went to pick up my vehicle from towing. I’m so grateful that they made the process easy, but most of all were respectful and personable, despite being stressed out already. . Thank y’all so much!

The dispatcher is horrible. The tow guy was awful and weird. He sent me so many inappropriate messages. Please never use this company.

My semi and my trailer was towed by this company who who didn't have the equipment for heavy duty towing. They called priority towing to tow my vehicle from Delray Beach to their yard without my consent without my permission. Before I realized it they had put a lien on my equipment and sold my equipment without my consent.I am a disabled veteran with medical issues and they pulled the rug right out from underneath my bread and butter. So essentially they stole approximately $30,000 right from under my nose and I was helpless to do anything about it.They really don't care who you are whether or not you are disabled veteran or not they will tell your vehicle because they are nothing but opportunist that look after their own bottom line beware of this company.

This company was called by my insurance company to tow my car which had an electrical failure; around 10:30 AM on 01/06/2023.The car got towed at 5:25 PM. I made numerous phone calls to them but I had to wait almost 7 hours. The dispatcher was not nice at all.Service: Vehicle wrecking

The driver who showed up name was Ralph Perez aka the goose showed up in a very timely manner very friendly knowledgeable had my car home in less than half an hour went above and beyond the Call of Duty he made sure the car was operable I recommend this service to anyone and recommend that you ask for Ralph fantastic man thank you

I’m leaving a review because I just want to give my personal experience. I read a lot of bad reviews and was nervous about being able to access my car for my belongings.I was able to access my car without any issues and the people in the office were professional.Being in an accident is traumatic and hard for everyone involved, when I got to the tow yard it’s strictly business so don’t expect to be greeted with a big smile and enthusiasm and don’t take it personal.
