Niki was BEYOND amazing!!! She was so thorough, kind, helpful, and overall made my experience so great. She helped me out with everything I needed, and then some, and she has such outstanding customer service! It’s always amazing to be reminded that there’s still kind people out there. Overall she was phenomenal and I highly recommend coming to this Wells Fargo and seeing [Niki Silva] because she’s very very knowledgeable, professional, classy, and sweet! I recently visited this branch and found it to be a surprising gem, because of the people that work there and the way it is managed. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for several years. The manager, Karl, is a consummate professional. He handled several matters for me very efficiently, and with a smile. On top of that, he returned my phone calls in a timely manner. I highly recommend this branch.

We go to "our " bank to get a document notarized. We get there and the lady is like oh give him 5 minutes. It was a meeting with a few Wells Fargo people. After patiently waiting 30 minutes we asked if there was anyone else that would be able to notarize for us we were told oh go to the end of the plaza to the pack and ship! Really?! Who does that to customers? Absolutely unacceptable, don't waste your time customer service is non existence. We got rid of our mortgage with them for their horrible service and working on our bank accounts!

Excellent customer service and Albertho was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me opening a new account. I recommend scheduling an appointment if you need more than general banking.

I have used this branch for over 8 years and have always had wonderful customer service from all of the tellers and bankers, It is a pleasure to go there. I changed from another bank which didn't meet my needs and am glad I did so.

You always have to wait even though there are 2 or 3 people on their desks only one person attending another client and always say that you need an appointment in this bank where there are almost always 4 or 5 people without doing anything even busy but a single lady will be working ? I think this issue of the covid pandemic has only damaged what used to work halfway
