Need smarter black staff I got done doing buisness then left 5 min later they call me and tell me I drop my cash app card when I come to get it and they tell me I need to have my id with me I showed them the cashapp app that had my card numbers and my name on it they said no they need to see my physical id first off this isn’t even a Wells Fargo card this a cash app card so ok number1. The camera show me dropping my card2. It been less than 5 min since I left3. Im showing my app which has my card numbers and my name on it that I drop4. I told I can show u a pic of my id5. If it drop out my pocket and you know it was me y would I show u my id to get it back that doesn’t make any sense that like buying sum out the corner store and and a man watch my soda drop and says need to see my id for me to get the soda6.Who else would have my cash app card numbers y would a random person just come and ask for my cash app card7.y would I drive back home to get a physical id when I just got done doing buisness

I have my account here with a big amount of saving money 3 times I came here , the last time the blonde Cuban girl cashier in charge to the drive Trough was so rude !!! Ask me a lot of questions when I give her at the beginning my ID and debit card , after 20 min I supposed to receive a phone code . Never send . Then my social security number then another ID , why many question to take of MY OWN Money?! At the end after a wasting time she doesn’t give my money, use improper language to my partner etc, NOW I have to go to another place waiting this time they have the correct way to treat their clients !

I was able to overcome a few issues with a safety deposit boxes. If you have two of them drilled at the same time they should give you some sort of 2 for 1 discount :)

Worst branch I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude and they don’t acknowledge or respect appointmentsEdit. Looking at the reviews it seems that this is the norm for this branch.The reviews here reflect the service I received.Disgusting.Edit 2 - Sanjay was able to help me out and it was a pleasure working with him.

It’s ridiculous that you have appointment but they still let you wait almost 2hrs. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your time.

Worst service I have ever received at a Wells Fargo branch. Tried to deposit a cashiers check and both the teller and supervisor had an attitude problem. They stated that they need it to call the other bank to verify it but all I saw them do was chit-chat among themselves. I have deposited bigger cashier checks and never had an issue. 15 min went by and no communication from neither of them. I asked for my check and went down the street and was able to deposit my check with no issues.

Went to this location to obtain a notary. Waited 40 minutes for someone to tell me they were too busy and were already helping other costumers. Told me I would have to wait a couple hours. Go across the street to ups and it took me literally 3 minutes to complete. Super unprofessional & a waste of time. I don’t recommend going to this location.

This bank is horrible! Don't ever bank here they don't want you to have your money. No one ever wants to help you. They love to see you suffer. The girl who manages is it is a disgusting excuse of a worker

I’m a regular user of this locations drive up atm, or I would like to be. Unfortunately lately the atm has been unaccessible at night. For someone who is a server/bartender I’d very much like to deposit my cash into my account asap, but more times than not one or both atms at this location are “not accepting cash.” I’m assuming it’s cause they’re full, I might recommend, being the only Wells Fargo in the area, that maybe they make their atm more accessible, considering the whole place just got a makeover.

I’ve always had the best customer service at this branch. While everyone is great, Deguer and Sanjay are the best! I highly recommend you try this location for your financial services and ask for them.

This is the worse bank I ever been too.. I had to set a 2:00 appointment get there had to wait. The guy was on the phone ! No respect for nobody time what’s the reason to set up appointments???????

AVOID THIS LOCATION, LANTANA AND WOOLBRIGHT BRANCHES HELPED ME RESOLVE MY ISSUE AFTER THIS BRANCH MANAGER TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING SHE CAN DO, SHE WAS TOO BUSY OR JUST DIDNT CARE TO HELP ME WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. THE TELLER WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL, IT WAS THE MANAGER THAT WAS RUSHING, AND WAS TOO BUSY TO HELP

We deposited a check over the weekend and they put it in hold fir over a week. Said they did not recognize the signature but we always use the same one. Now we are late in mortgage, overdrafted and they have no recourse ti get us our money even if we walk into hebbranch with our deposit slip and ID...I will never use this bank again. You can do everything right and yet they can hold your money with no ability to recover it for over a week.
