employee with red ponytail antagonized me to an extreme for a small mistake upon checkout. when i defended myself he further pushed and attempted to get me to fess up to a crime i didn't commit. even when i admitted i may have made a mistake and offered to return the item in question, he continued to act hostile toward me. i was appalled and chose not to engage, but i strongly believe that this approach and demeanor is not reflective of an employee capable of reasonable relations with customers. if it can be helped, avoid this location and do away with the employee i mentioned.

Worst business in Boynton! the only reason they're there is because it's the only option in the area. HORRIBLE service. When the business messes up, they LIE!! LYING, CHEATING, LAZY, THIEVING... there aren't enough horrible words to describe this cesspool of a pee smelling gas station. Go to the Chevron up the street unless you're absolutely desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!! You've been warned!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Rude workers!! I ordered a bowl and paid $10 and there was barely any food in it and it took forever for her to make it!!!! I willnever come back. No wonder they were busy and it was noon!!!

I got a salad from this place and the cucumbers which the man had to put on the salad by hand was so rotten you picked it up and the meat inside the skin fell out it looked like a snot so disgusting. Unfortunately I was too far away to bring it back. Do not go to this place the food is not fresh

THERE'S ANOTHER LADY WHO USUALLY WORKS IN THE AFTERNOON SHE DOES AN AMAZING JOB AT THAT STATION AS WELL SO KUDOS TO HER I'M PRETTY SURE SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS. TO THE GENTLEMAN THAT MAKES SURE THAT THE WALL WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND ALL SANITIZED FOR US YOU ARE THE BEST YOU KNOW WHO I'M TALKING ABOUT. I asked for lettuce and tomato they pretty much drowned my burger in ketchup and garlic aloi didn’t put no lettuce or tomato how I asked This was just nasty I threw it in the trash

This place is awful. If you want food or coffee you have to order on a computer. This is fine except their ordering system did not work properly. Everytime I would try to add something to my order it would delete the previous entered item. I tried for TWENTY minutes while the employees stood there and watched me struggle with their faulty system. You had to go to a different computer to order a coffee. I gave up and left as the employees who refused to help and stood there watching me and did nothing. My suggestion would be to either get an ordering system that works. Or better yet train the employees that you are paying to actually work and not stand their and stare at people. Good way to lose business. I will NEVER go to a another Wawa. They are complete trash.

As a member of Wawa's "loyalty" program, they sent me a coupon for a free shortie hogie. What's better than free, right? I like Wawa's hogies, and I regularly buy gas there, so I stopped by on March 16th, the date listed on the coupon as the expiration date. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak hogie and went to the cashier station to check-out.The cashier told me the coupon had expired. "Since when does the expiration date mean the start of the day rather than the end of the day?" I asked the cashier. She saw my growing frustration but did nothing. I told her that I didn't want the sandwich in that case. She then said she would honor the coupon even though it was technically expired. This unpleasant interaction could have been avoided if the cashier had said: "Please note that Wawa coupons expire at the start of the date listed, but I will honor it in this case." That would have been good customer service!Meanwhile, the hogie was delicious. I like the process of completely customizing the sandwich when ordering on the kiosk. The chicken was tasty, the bread was fresh and the portion size was just right. The people preparing the food were pleasant and efficient.Despite the unfortunate interaction with the cashier, I plan to continue visiting Wawa for both their gas and their hogies.
