This is the worst pharmacy of my lifetime and I’m 62 young! I have NEVER been treated so poorly and rudely by almost anyone in my lifetime, especially a group that is suppose to be there and care when you need them. I’ve been athletic and healthy all my life, until I got older and had a serious back injury (CT scan in hand). I had a prescription for a pain medicine to help me live a decent quality of life until I figure out what to do. Multiple surgeries? I find out they were fined $80 mil by the gov (read online) for giving out of pain meds to crooks without checking and they decided to include me in their guilt. For 2 weeks they lied and came up with excuses not to fill my prescription. Why not just say so. And treated me like I was a criminal… very very nasty by all the staff. As a senior with a genuine need… like what are you talking about? I guess crooks and scammers know what’s going on. Just be nice and caring and tell me what you need to verify mine is serious. Everyone doesn’t fall into one bucket. Really hurt my feelings. Watched other customers needing reg meds be treated poorly while I waited as well. BEWARE!!!! Of this location minimally. They need to take down their TV commercials showing compassion. Whatever they were fined for ruined Walgreens as a company. Plus learned they have an internal memo on how to work around not giving this medicine to anyone (again look it up yourself). I’ve learned a lot about all this in a week. Just wow. This is the Jog Rd location in Boynton Beach FL.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. On hold for over 30 minutes to get hung up on. Called back and had to hold for another 15 minutes just to be spoken to by an EXTREMELY RUDE gentleman. Great way to treat your customers -- this is the las prescription I will be filing at Walgreens. Come to find out the rude gentleman was Michael Leszcynski....the pharmacy manager!!! Thanks for making the decision easy.

Been waiting in the drive thru for 20+ min and I'm the 4th car in line. Totally unacceptable. Still one car in front of me and the pylons are blockinge from getting out of line. Plus it took over a week to get my refill in stock.

Walgreens Hass to be the absolute worst pharmacy. The pharmacy technicians are extremely rude and they cannot get the prescriptions right. I asked a pharmacy technician what date I can pick up my prescription she kept telling me I have a 30 day supply. I told her I understand that I just want to know what date I could pick up the prescription she failed to answer the question and then hung up the phone deliberately. Besides the fact that you could wait on hold for 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone and someone will pick up the phone and hang it up without saying a word and then you have to call back and wait another 20 minutes absolutely terrible service.

I was there to pickup online order, there was an employee with name tag “Salina” and she didn’t bother to look at, was organizing stuffs in her purse, then the gentleman from the counter with name tag “Shahin” came to help me. While he was processing my pickup order, “Salina” asked him to come over to the counter and told him that he should keep me on wait, “Shahin” politely refused her call and processed my pickup and showed clear professionalism while “Salina” was clearly being racist and disrespectful. This lady must be removed from work and investigated.

The pharmacy is super nice!! But my issues is with the store manager. I was in their store for 35 mins waiting for my meds to get done. And I heard him yell at his employees three different times. He was rude and unfriendly to them. Kept arguing with them. I at one point heard him arguing with one employee from photo all the way from the check out.

Went there for a prescription and they denied us. Said there was something wrong with the address. The workers at the pharmacy were rude and were not giving us a straight answer nor solution. I went to another Walgreens down the road (Military and Woolbright) and they fixed our address in the system with no problem. The pharmacy staff just didn't want to work that day I guess...

The pharmacy is awful! They give misinformation, tell you the RX will be ready in 1.5 hrs, then never call. People at the front don't act at all professional and are just not smart enough to aid patients!! The pharmacist doesn't help either. Whatever the Good RX dollar value is they don't accept it (charging at least $12 more)whereas Publix has you show it, and charges you the exact Good Rx result.

I think the pharmacist today 4/5/23 was Melissa. She is very nice and very helpful. The other staff was as well.

This is the worst Walgreens on the planet. Unfortunately, they are closest to me. I will drive miles out of the way to avoid doing business there. Their pharmacy service is out of control. Often, they will leave you on hold for 30 minutes only to hang up on you before you can tell them what you want. Do not waste your time with this place. This is not a problem with other Walgreens which I've used all over the country.....but this place is the worst.

I have been sick for many many years and take a number of medications. I dealt with two different pharmacy techs and one was router than the first one. Their combative and they treat you like you are ignorant. I keep going back over and over and over and my prescriptions are not ready and they can't tell me why. They just say I will have to come back. I am stuck with Walgreens because my only insurance object is Affordable Care. These two pharmacy techs in particular are horrible to deal with. They think that you are wrong if they don't understand what you were saying. Very very frustrating to deal with. I'm in the process of moving over to delivery but I still get 50 texts a month from them.

This Walgreens is super convenient. Unfortunately, they didn't have stock of the prescription we needed. Beneesha made several calls AND provided the number for a competitor who might have it. Then, Beneesha found the RX at another Walgreens. She personally transferred it and made sure it was being filled. During this process a senior in a black baseball hat rudely crowded the RX checkout claiming he didn't understand. Beneesha explained the staff was helping other customers and asked him to backup behind the clearly marked red line. He continued to be rude and requested a manager -- who was at lunch. He then scolded the staff for their attitude and asked for the manager's name. At that point I interrupted and told Beneesha that she could have the manager call me for backup as the problem here was the rude customer. Magically he calmed down. A little kindness people goes a LONG way!

Every day, I encounter rotten customer service and I have become accustomed to it after returning from Japan four years ago where the customer service was second to none. When I first came back, it was startling. I used to leave reviews often on Yelp and Google but stopped because incompetence and rude people had become such an every day occurrence that it became my new norm. I have decided to stop letting things slide because I have been searching for minimum wage jobs and can't even get a reply, let alone an interview , let alone a job offer. So these people who were given employment better be on their game since they are employed and I'm not. There is a lady at Walgreens who should not be in customer service. They say teachers are born, not made and that's true of people in customer service. This lady is so loud, rude, disorganized and incompetent.I will be discussing her below, but I didn't catch her name. She wears reading glasses, is on the short side, older, with dyed light brown wavy hair. Customer service 101 is acknowledging the customer, and if you are busy, telling them you'll be right with them. When I came up to the counter, despite her being two feet away, she said nothing as I stood there, and her boss, Mike, had to tell her to help me and she told Mike that it would be a moment. She finally helps me and I tell her my name. She brings out 30 pills and tells me that only a partial fill is ready (I was supposed to get 180 pills). This surprised me because I received several calls from Walgreens saying the entire order was ready. She tries to ring it up and it's not working. She tells me to hold on. She discussing something with the pharmacist and finds out my entire order is ready. I am thankful that Walgreens has in place something in their system to not accept incorrect orders. Otherwise, I would have walked out with 30 pills. During the transaction, I tell her I want a flu shot and asked if I need an appointment. She says no and tells me to wait. So I'm waiting around 10 minutes, and that same lady I just talked to says to me, "pickup or drop off" even though I had an entire interaction with her moments earlier. She didn't remember my face. By the way, while waiting for my 180 pills, I saw a flyer that said you get $10 cash back if you get a shot. It wasn't clear to me if that was for the vaccine or it included the flu shot. I asked her about it, and in a somewhat rude tone, she says, "I don't know. I didn't put that poster up!" So instead of finding me the answer, she wanted me to find out. It's 10:45 at this point. After I told her for the second time that I was there for a flu shot and had already picked up my prescription, she said, "ok" and I went back to waiting for another 10 minutes. Finally, she calls out to me and says, "what are you here for? I tell her for the third time a flu shot and she asks me if I have an appointment. I said "no, you told me I didn't need an appointment." Then she tells me that I needed to register with the other pharmacy helper to get the shot. She hadn't mentioned this up to this point. This is after waiting 20-25 minutes. I finally just told her I'd come back another time. She responds with, "ok, no problem!" By the way, while waiting for my shot, two other ladies who were waiting also commented on how rude that lady is.I should mention that the manager, Mike, was very kind to me and apologized when I told him my story. He said the next time I come in, if I ask for him, he'll personally give me my flu shot right away.
