I've Been Going To This Wallgreens/ Location For 21' Years. The Pharmacy Staff Can Be Very/Rude, Even The Pharmacy Mgr. But I Trust Them, So Latley Customer-*-Service, Has Been Alot Better. Treat people, The Way You Want To Be Treated/Yourself. Thanks

Please do not go to this pharmacy expecting any kindness, courtesy, empathy or professionalism from the staff. I have never in my life dealt with such an inept and more importantly less caring group of people whose job it is to be a part of the healthcare team of their customers. Perhaps they have forgotten that is in fact their job, but i doubt it. It seems they simply do not care, and they accept zero responsibility for their actions (or lack thereof). If you have any alternative I'd highly encourage you to go elsewhere!

Good morningOnce again I went to Walgreens and this time I tried to buy a simple pack of cigarettes.The lady at the checkout asked for my ID and I gave her my driver's license. She then told me that there was no date of birth on it, I am 65 years old and I look exactly 65 years old!This is not the first time I have bought cigarettes from this store and they have never asked me for ID and never anywhere in America have they refused my driver’s license as a form of document. This lady really has a problem, it's not the first time she's been rude to me. I went to Publix and bought the cigarette without any problems and they didn't ask me for any ID as usual.This lady is a very unfriendly person. The pharmacy is trash! They are all rude and they treat people as if they don’t know anything! I will be calling and speaking to someone about how they handle customer service because how they speak to people is absolutely disgusting! Extremely rude pharmacy! If I could give zero stars!

Conveniently located. Really accessible parking for both handicapped and non-handicaped. Plenty of free parking. Convenient store hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employees. Great for convenient food items, pharmacy items, hygiene items. Prices are very fair. Always clean.

I arrived at 11:58PM and it’s supposed to close at 12AM which means doors lock at midnight and there was a lady at the door saying they are “shutting down registers” if Walgreens plans on shutting down prior to midnight then please kindly update your hours online and posts on your door. That is unacceptable.

I have been dealing with the Walgreen's on Federal Hwy in Boynton Beach, FL for years and typically get OK service. Today, however, the store personnel turned a simple transaction into a long, upsetting encounter. I ordered a few things for delivery and when the delivery driver arrived to pick up my order, he was told I'd come into the store and cancelled it. The clerk argued with and said she couldn't give him the order. I called Walgreen's 800# and they gave me extra rewards points and said I had to speak to the store directly to cancel the order since it was marked for pickup! The woman who answered the Walgreen's phone began talking over me almost immediately. When I told her that was rude, she said she is a manager and continued to interrupt me anytime I tried to say anything. She cancelled the order and said she was just trying to apologize, but she never let me get a sentence out without interrupting. They did manage to cancel the order, and not charge me- but it was a terrible encounter (and I suspect, from the delivery driver's texts, they were just as rude to him.) Lousy customer service.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years, so far, service has always been good at the pharmacy and also check out counter. I’ve never tried the drive through, so I can’t attest to that. Parking can be difficult in season though.

Absolutely awful experience. Pharmacist refused to refill my dogs seizure meds that she’s been on and receiving from this exact pharmacy for a decade. During a holiday weekend so I wouldn’t be able to get the meds until the following Tuesday. Unethical and extremely unprofessional behavior. Offered me 0 solution, went and hid in the back like a timid sheep because I was disgruntled. Besides that fact, place is unsafe, all together, really. A handful of homeless people have been living in this parking lot for years. Drinking and using drugs in broad daylight.

Have used this pharmacy for approx 43 years. My first time complaint. Never had such rude customer service from the gum chewing brat at the drive through window to the condescending.Pharmasist I will be writing corporate .

For a few days; I have not been able to make it to my home pharmacy before they close and have been in severe pain & discomfort. I realized I should just try the nearest Walgreens Pharmacy. So I found this location and the Technician greeted me and I asked if he could transfer my script over there for me. Patrick, the Pharmacist jumped right in and assisted me with locating my information so he can fill it. Within 10 minutes, Patrick made the transfer and advised me of an isurance issue but he made sure to find a discount program towards my cost which saved me over $75. Thanks to him I was able to purchase my medication quickly and saved me out of pocket money. I truly am grateful and I am feeling so much better. He truly cares about our well being.
