The team here is so helpful, it feels like a family. Both Dr. Carmona and Dr. Douglas really care about my dog. They're mindful of the recommendations that they give. And I trust that their judgement. I really appreciate everyone that works here, down to the technicians and front desk associates. You can tell they are a staff that is valued and reciprocate that value to their patients.

Dr Cherry and her team were so friendly, helpful and caring. A quick diagnosis for our cat allowed us to decide on the best treatment plan possible right away. This team of professionals made our visit so easy!

Super friendly!! Could use a little cleaning of the couch and dog bed in one of the rooms, but we will not stop going here for our pets care!

Super friendly staff amazing to work with Dr Douglas is amazing and it definitely shows that she cares for our fur babies. They definitely take their job serious and go above and beyond for the health maintenance of your fur babies.

The clinic is very clean, the staff is professional, Dr. Cherry Douglas is knowledgeable and delicate. My new puppy went for his first visit to the vet and received his vaccinations/shots, ears cleaned, received some toys. I highly recommend this vet clinic!

I went to this Vet twice, both times regarding a broken nail on my dog after a fall. The first Vet gave an antibiotic that was for ‘otic use only’ (ear use). When questioning why that was given for the nail, they reassured me it was fine.After a week of no improvement and a visible infection, we returned to get a proper oral antibiotic. After being charged for another visit and paying additional fees for sedation and X-rays on my dog, I was told the dog had Multiple Myeloma (skin cancer) and I’d be lucky if she made it to Christmas 2022. They recommended amputation of her toe with the broken nail, in order to ‘ease her discomfort for her remaining months’Heartbroken, I got a second opinion and they did not at all agree with the vet. We got the proper antibiotic, she has healed and is still a healthy dog two years later.I’m grateful that my dog is alive and well and that I didn’t trust these two vets. If you’re thinking of taking your animal here, I recommend you seek an alternative.

A very successful first visit for a old lady dog who has only been with one other veterinarian since her rescue 8 years ago. The staff was welcoming and sweet and gentle with our girl. We look forward to meeting the rest of the team.

First time appointment, wonderful staff and Vet. Took my pet’s discomfort about being in a new environment seriously and they were very thorough in their assessment/examination. Everything was explained and cost was included at each step. So refreshing and greatly appreciated.

Dr. Douglas, Brandy and Joyce have been very professional, pleasant ,knowledgeable and caring. . I feel very confident taking my little Yorky there. If you are looking for someone to look after your little love pet, this is the place to go. The moment I met Dr. Douglas I knew she was the vet that I could trust. They are also very caring. I’m sure the other members of Dr. Douglas staff are competent ,knowledgeable friendly and caring also.
