Awesome salon. I've been with Sara for at least 12 years, but moved with her over to Victoria's a few years ago. Love this salon!! Treated like family!! Excellent staff, and management!!! Couldn't ask for a better salon!!
Cleanliness: Constantly cleaning to make sure it stays clean.

I had an appointment on Saturday at Victoria Nails for 10:15. At 10:13, I received a call asking if I was still planning to attend the appointment. I confirmed that I would be there in 10 minutes, to which the caller responded, "Okay, no problem." I arrived at 10:22, just 7 minutes late, and was informed by the owner Lena that my stylist had taken another client. When I inquired if another stylist could assist me, I was told there were two other walk-in clients ahead of me and that I would have to wait.
I have been a loyal customer at this salon for several years and have often waited longer than 7 minutes for my appointments. If my appointment was going to be canceled, I should have been notified during the call. The owner's dismissive attitude indicated a lack of appreciation for loyal patrons and the business they bring. It seemed as though if it were her client, the situation would have been handled differently. This is not the first instance where I have observed the owner displaying a rude, dismissive, and condescending attitude toward customers.
I decided to take my business to Majestic Nails, where I was warmly welcomed, attended to immediately by stylist Amanda, and offered refreshments. The salon had excellent reviews, with numerous patrons coming and going, all greeted by name. I believe I have found a new salon home.
The owner Lena of Victoria Nails would benefit from treating all clients with grace and respect, regardless of the circumstances. I am deeply disappointed by my experience and hope that the salon’s staff find a more supportive work environment.

Not happy with pedicure. There was no leg massage and when I asked why the response was yes there was. She considered a drop of oil on each leg with one wave of her hand a massage. Not where I come from. She also spent the whole time on her phone will not be back.

Lena and her team are amazing! They are incredibly efficient! There is literally never any wait because they are well staffed with professionals who know what they are doing! Led by incredible energy of Ms. Lena! I have been recommended here and been devoted client for almost 3 years now! My review may be over due but is well deserved ❤️

I have been going to Victoria nails for years...Lena is one of the best nail techs . The salon is extremely clean and welcoming. Definitely go and try it out.
