I was seating down waiting for almost 15 minutes not one employee say hi to me nor offer to help me in the meantime I watched 6 white People walked in they treated them like gold and they got helped right away. If you are black stay away from that store. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 7 years with 6 different lines on my account I guess it’s time to move on…

Chris was an absolute delight and so kind to my husband and I when we went to pick up his new iPhone 16 Pro max. He went above and beyond, was so patient with us, and took his time making sure everything was set up and he was satisfied with the phone. He definitely deserves all the praise and respect and appreciation and more! Thank you so much for your kindness, Chris!

Very courteous, efficient salesperson. Not so happy with unwarranted charges, i.e. activation charge, data transfer charge. I'm a lifelong Verizon subscriber and the spouse of a Verizon retiree. I don't think these charges are warranted.

Adis is Amazing. He was so patient and professional while helping me set up my new phone. He explained everything and even took the time to make sure it was working in my car. Adis goes above and beyond was is expected. A real gem. He is so knowledgeable and answers all your questions. I will continue to go to this store because of him!

Went there to get 2 devises, 2 employees involved and used my new and old address, resulting in the fraud department bloking my purchase, and treating me like a thief, even after explaining what had happened, very uncomfortable situation I was put in by their employees and I had to suffer for it, I will never use Verizon services ever again

Chris is the man. He made the process of transferring my parents from tmobil to verizon super effortless. Set us up with the best deal for 2 new i phones and transferred all the data to the new phones. He is calm and very confident about everything he does. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Chris!!!
