You must adjust your expectations for a government run facility in the U.S, there will be long lines and short staff.
For me, the employees were all super nice and helpful, that made the experience for me as I shipped out my package.

I can’t really speak for the mail services, but I want to praise the employee that handles the passports. I went in today without an appt for this location in desperation to get my passport application done. I had made 2 other appts at other locations and they just cancelled them without any notice. I came into this location and he was able to take me with no problem. I genuinely appreciate his customer service. Every other location should have an employee like this who actually cares about the customers. Thank you

The people are nice that work here but they refuse to ever have the USPS envelopes and boxes available in the lobby. I have been using this post office for many, many, many years and it's always the same story when you ask and they complain that people take them so they don't put any out - it's the only post office I have ever been to that refuses to put out the mailing supplies for people.

This is the worst delivery company ever. Bought my kids the only Christmas gift I could afford and the seller shipped with USPS I was so disappointed to know that they used them because I never get my packages on time ever. They claimed that they came to my building but could not get in. Since when does the post office don’t have access to buildings? Now I have to explain to my kids why they don’t have a Christmas present on Christmas Day. I could just cry.

I’ve been here 8 years. The mail delivery is pathetic. The mail person is always on the phone and not concentrating on her job. As always getting my neighbors mail and the same with them. Not getting cards or packages sent by family. It’s the whole system. Right now I’m waiting for a birthday card sent out 10 days ago with pictures in it.
