They were quick to reply to my inquiry and offer a repair quote, and they did a great job on my car. They called me and gave regular updates. Very happy, especially with the communication aspect.

Worst I spent more redoing all the work he did was a total tragedy gave me the car back within a day it wasn't running still trying to get it running. They did some electrical damage under the dashboard that had nothing to do with the work they were supposed to do.

Its extremely unfortunate my first review has to be such a negative review of a small business. Dominic Adeo, the manager of the business claims to be the owner which was his first LIE. The man is the biggest crook I have ever dealt with. He set out to not only steal from my insurance company, but when that didnt work, he attempted to steal/strongarm me. The situation from beginning to end is truly to long for me put detail into this review. But If I can deter just one person from doing business here I will feel successful in helping someone. ALL the proof you need in who this man truly is, is to look up his criminal history. Its truly a shame, Because the front desk girl as well as the true owner are very good people who set out to help you. A claim that should have taken a couple weeks to close out, wound up costing me almost 6 months in rental fees, double payments on vehicles and insurance. Thankfully I have been blessed in my life to be able to be able to afford that, most people nowadays would not have that luxury. This man preys on the weakness of the uncertainty you have after you have an accident. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.Services: Tires

John, Lisa and Dominick were terrific to work with, so nice and professional. My car had front end damage, I could not believe I was in and out in 2 1/2 days and my car looks brand new. My car was towed to USA Collision Center after an accident. It was towed there on the evening of 8/2 and returned on 8/11. I never expected it that quickly. If I could go less on stars I would ... DO NOT GO HERE !!! Absolutely unprofessional.. Fed me what I wanted to hear until they got my keys & started working on my car ... had my car for 2 months & got it back unfinished .. happy to have my car back, "John" told me come back for paint touch up (unfinished business) with it on paper & with a signature next to it.. I call back & all of a sudden John the supposed owner is no longer apart if the business so they won't work on any previous jobs ??... Took advantage of because I'm probably young, not the same ethnicity as them, who knows but I'm still trying to get help about this 6 months later I would just advise you all stay away.. Theifs
