This UPS Store is awesome! Mike the manager was very friendly and helpful when I inquired about a package being shipped there. I had a very expensive Zildjian drum cymbal being shipped there while I was out of town on a work trip. He followed through with his word, and made sure it stayed safe in the store until I returned in town to pick it up. Give this UPS Store a chance. Mike the manager will take great care of you. UPS and this store ACTIVELY PARTICIPATED IN MY ~$2000 COMPUTER getting stolen and are doing NOTHING ABOUT IT!AVOID UPS AND THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! SHIP WITH SOMEONE ELSE! AT A MINIMUM AVOID THIS STORE!!I had a brand new Dell Computer being delivered to my home. When I wasn’t home to receive the package UPS brought the package to this UPS Store. The store gave my package with the brand new computer inside to a total stranger without verifying their identification or the address. When I went to the UPS Store to pick up my package, I was told “there was nothing they could do because they gave the package to someone else but I could submit a claim online.” They even have a photo and video of them giving the package to this woman – who is not me- without verifying ID or an address.The store manager Mike told us to “submit a claim online”, which we did, and were told in an automated response that UPS is looking for the “lost package.” THE PACKAGE IS NOT LOST. UPS, and its employees, through complete willful and gross negligence, and possibly even malicious intent CAUSED THE THEFT OF MY PACKAGE and are doing nothing about it.AVOID THIS STORE AND UPS AT ALL COSTS.

I live in Pennsylvania and needed some items picked up from Florida and shipped to me. I called the store and spoke with Calvin who agreed to pick up my items. I received the quote via email, paid and my items were picked up. My items were shipped UPS Ground and were received with no problems. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you.

The WORST ever experience I have had shipping anywhere in the USA. They say they pack and ship expertly this is just not true. My items were damaged in transit due to their lack of expertise. Mike the store manage was disengaged, and washed his hands off problem. He showed at no point any professionalism that in my eyes made him worthy of the manager title. I have had to call my CC company to recoup the shipping costs. With no hesitation I can say my damaged shipment caused directly by the stores inability to pack my items correctly. I would NEVER NEVER use this UPS store.

Terrible service when they charge you $3.00 to email them what to print on top of .40 for each black and white page. What a terrible situation for anyone coming to get prints. Rip off is the least to mention of this establishment

The employees here went above and beyond to help me! The barcode on my label would not work, and instead of sending me out or charging me to print a label, they found a solution for me. I can not thank the gentlemen here enough— they were busy and still took the time to help me and exceed the expectations of customer service.Thank you all!!

Walking out of this store right now extremely satisfied with my experience and what I observed of the service of others. The customer service at this UPS franchise is outstanding. The lovely trainee at this store was kind and courteous and the supervisor was effective in overseeing and managing customer flow. The store was clean and appears to be well-managed. I’ve typically been hesitant to visit a UPS store because of a history of poor customer service from different franchisees with grouchy and arrogant attitudes, but this store serves exception and I will gladly return to this location.

I have been to several UPS stores in the area. Went to the Boynton location yesterday for the first time. The gentleman there was able to help me with my package. He gently handled it and was able to help me find a box for a very bulbous vase I was sending to a friend. Oh I will be back there.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service or lack of, that I received this morning at about 10am.I was dropping off a prepaid piece of luggage for my aunt who travels to and from FL each month. Due to her physical disability she ships her luggage regularly using the same prepaid method and same UPS Store in her hometown.For some reason your store was unable to accept it, claiming that the tracking number was already in the system and that it couldn't be scanned. I suggested perhaps that's because it is already paid and needs to be dropped for shipping.One girl asked the other for help both telling me nothing can be done except to go back to the store that created it, mind you that is in NY and I pointed that out.I asked one of the girls if they could just try to work with me and I was told I could go find another store and was dismissed while one of them walked away to the back, leaving me asking the other for a solution.I am in a state of shock at how dismissive this person was and the lack of even trying to help a consumer. Is this what it's all come to? . A total lack of care, concern, help from businesses these days. I would expect better. What happened to the old days of I see there is an issue. Let me call them and see what they did. BUt no, instead I was practically asked to leave.I contacted my aunt and agreed we'd just pay for a new label and deal with the issue another way since she needed this to be shipped back, it was her clothing after all.It's a fact that good help is hard to find but rude help is simply wrong.I hope to receive better service in the future.

After ubering with my 2 year old to the store the manager taisha shipman told me I couldn't drop my packages off. I had to walk home holding a bag a packages instead of my sons hand along a busy street. The guy was going to take them until she said no. I told her it was pencils in the packages and that they are contacted with usps. Every other store never gives me A issue. I'm calling corporate and will never ever go to this store again.

I have really only utilized their Amazon drop off service, which is quick in and out. Today, I went in with my 2 little ones to use their fax services and even though it was pretty quick, the associate (I wish I got her name) offered a square of bubble wrap to pop to my daughter to entertain her. It was super nice!

I came in to print off some documents the morning of 01/13/2022. The gentleman working was very professional and proficient. I came in a couple weeks prior to return a couple items to Amazon and again, the young lady working was very sweet and attentive . This will be my new UPS Store from now on. Very pleased.
