Despite being a regular user of the store they randomly whose to not let me have a couple strips of tape of tape on my over 100 of prepaid shipping. Despite being a regular at this location and having seen them allow many others to use a few pieces of tape. My packages were already closed. I just wanted to cover an opening that I saw. I said I was going to leave a review. It started at 3 stars. However, while I was waiting quietly for my turn the tall associate with a beard who would not disclose his name. Then proceeded to angerily and menacingly tell me to make sure to include that he refused my already paid service. When I protested, as I was using my lunch break as a teacher to run this errand, he rose his voice. I mateched levels. Another customer decided to curse at me on their own, I returned the invective. At which point the associate threatened to call the police. I will be back to this location as it is convenient for me, but be warned. There are people working there with anger issues and no common sense.

I paid $20 for passport photos. The photos were rejected by the US Gov Passport Services as part of the renewal process. I went to Walgreens for photos and they were accepted.

The staff were extremely rude and do not pickup the phone and disrespectful to us even though we have been customers for 10 years now. When we asked to see a notary public and speak to them, they gave us the phone number of a photographer for some reason. Some basic services are generally not available.

Very rude and unhelpful. I walked in 5 minutes before closing and one of the clerks (tall African American, didn't get his name) said he couldn't help because they shut everything down already. If that is the case then you need to update your opening hours. The attitude I got felt like the issue was because it was a Friday night.

Bad experience here, I stopped by to return things that I bought from Amazon. 01/26/24 at 10:30 am.2 staffs are not friendly at all, no help but just pointed to computer and no air printer working because no ink for 2 days already. And look down me and my sister by asked us what language we speak, we weren’t born in US but we can read and speak even though it’s not good English. Some people can use smart phones and buy things but they don’t know how to open computer. If you would like to do service job, please take care customer like your family. Really upset here but not UPS store. Thanks.

@butterfly28, i think you have been mistaken, the 2 years i have been going to this store have i ever seen the owner act in such a way to treat someone like that, you must have been out of line and decided to get an attitude with him for no apparent reason, the owner is super helpful and is always nice. The fact that you called him prejudiced to African-American woman and then proceeded to include a photo of him where you conviently cropped out his wife she is African-American woman is appalling.

Horrible and extremely expensive experience!! Both of my items that I paid $500 to pack and ship ended up completely damaged beyond repair! These ppl are careless and irresponsible!! Do not trust them with shipping any items of value!!! This cost me around $1700 in damages and they gave me $200 to cover it lol what a joke they also blamed the purchaser and you can clearly see from the photos they did not pack the artwork correctly!

Update….I’m sorry, but you must have me confused with someone else. I did not yell I did not raise my voice. All I asked you was why it was returned, and you are the person who randomly called off names from other boxes and said, unless you are this person, then the box is not here . You wouldn’t let me get a sentence out and the only question that I had was why was it sent back? I never asked why it was not delivered to my address as all packages are sent to your store. (So your statement about delivery is either a lie or you are thinking of someone else). What you are doing is lying and that’s not right. I’ve gone in there for four years. I’ve never raised my voice. I’ve never had a bad word to say to anyone in that place. In fact, your employees are extremely helpful, sweet and accommodating. If asking a question is the wrong way to conduct myself in your store then no customer should ever walk in. I invite your corporate office to look at cameras if you have them because what I’m saying could be easily proven. What you said was an outright lie.The man Cam is rude. He sent my package back because he said I needed to purchase a box. I’ve had my packages delivered to this location for almost 4 years. Had I known that I’ll be more than happy to pay for a box, if that was a requirement, but it wasn’t. This man proceeded to degrade me, talk to me like a child and would not let me finish my sentences. He said that he’s never seen my face before even though his employees know me well and say hello and no I’m coming to pick up a package. This man who is an African-American male, does not like African-American females. That was very apparent today. His employees looked scared to even utter a word, and this is not a conducive environment for people to come in and like their jobs. He’s a bully and quite honestly just a complete jerk. I’ve called the corporate office Complaint about his behavior, and the way that he spoke to me. He should be ashamed of the way he spoke to a woman, an African-American woman. Don’t go to the store if you want common courtesy, and respect because you will not get it from this man.

Cam and Christina are partners professionally and personally , and personally I have never had such incredible customer service as I did with Cam. He helped me ship very meaningful items with the utmost care all with compassion , multitasking , and being mindful of price . Cam and Christina’s UPS store is worth an extra drive to get the best service for your beloved items to be shipped. While I was here people printed , picked up mail from an address as opposed to a po box so you can receive packages , returned items , shipped massive pieces of art, and bought shipping supplies .I randomly found this location but if I were you I would drive an extra 25 min. north or south to receive the incredible customer service. No stress only smiles .And they give back to their community .Ship everything through Cam and Christina.
