Came in the store told the owner if I can leave my package he said yes I had asked him for a receipt, he said well if your to leave your package that means you didn’t want a receipt, DIDNT HAVE TO BE RUDE!!

I am appalled that an owner or franchise manager would have workers that have not had the least bit of customer training. You have two individuals young males that are irrespectful, belligerent, and right out rude. I was there 0n 6/24/24 in the am trying to mail a simple package. One clerk not paying attention sent my package with the wrong name, wrong city, and wrong zip code after I showed him a paper with the correct info. I asked him if he read the info of which he nodded yes. I left and returned 10 minutes later to have to deal with the other jerk that all he could say the package left the building and he could not do anything about it. Three times he stated it was my fault for not verifying the sending address in a nasty mood. He proceeded to advise me that they were a mear third-party, and could not do anything for me. I will never step foot in your establishment.
