Everything about this hotel was immaculate. The concierge, the room, the shower, the small kitchenette and the placement of the Smart Tv. The breakfast was also exquisite.10 out of 10, would certainly recommend.Rooms: Rooms were clean and welcoming .Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious

Very nice and clean hotel. We traveled with family stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, the room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was fully equipped. I would definitely stay there again if needed.

Stayed at this location from December 4-11. The workers were not the best. The night time African American front desk worker was really patient with us and did not give us any issues. We were lied to a couple of times about the fire place being broke. The more questions I asked about it they decided to turn it on an hour before the turn off time! Their workers were very pushy. I thought I was getting bet up in the bed. Was told we only get service every other day! Ask housekeeper to change the sheets and we needed our room cleaned when it was time. House keeper never changed the sheets just made the bed. I went home with bits all over my back and arms! Worst place we have stayedNearby activities: A lot of shopping centers around

BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO!What else is there left to say? Upon my entry, I knew I stepped into somewhere special. This hotel smelled fresh and spotless! Not to mention my room, fit for a first class, mini apartment. As I looked around, I really couldn’t find anything wrong, nothing! We’re really impressed with this hotel. It’s well maintained, and is chock full of amenities. Breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. Our suite included a kitchenette with a microwave, cooktop, full size refrigerator/freezer and a notice about what can be borrowed in addition to the dishes and cookware provided in the room. We like having a separate bedroom, and a convenient pull-out desk in the living room. Overall, a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

I am a platinum marriott rewards member and stayed at marriott hotels 57 times this year. I even stayed at this property before with no issues, but this time I had a problem with their service and neither the hotel nor the marriott complaint department could resolve it to my satisfaction.The hotel has a sign that rooms will be cleaned every 3rd day unless otherwise requested, which I did. I requested it to be cleaned every day. After missing the cleanings 2 times and me complaining about it the last night they cleaned half the room made the bed but left the bathroom dirty. After talking to the front desk again I was told that the management was going to contact me. Needless to say nobody contacted me untill I called the 800 number and opened a complaint case. The hotel called me and offered some points for my troubles. I told them that I wanted enough points to cover 2 nights at their property. I thought that was fair since I stayed 7 nights and had troubles for at least 3 of them. I was told that it was to much and I have to take what I am offered if was get anything.Obviously this place or marriott itself likes to have satisfied customers. I will not be staying at this property again and I will be considering other non marriott brands in the future.

All was well except for the cleanliness of the room. The kitchen area is horrifying once you turn on a UV light. It just needs to be wiped down better. The chair in the corner of the room however, needs to go.The AC filter was caked with dust so I cleaned it myself in the shower.I was told that the rooms are "energy efficient" because they have a card holder by the door in which your key card needs to be inserted to turn on the lights. In reality, they give you two key cards, defeating the point. Additionally, it only controls the ceiling mounted lights. The 5 lamps can be operated without the key card in.

It's one of the few places I've ever given 5 stars we got there and I had the my wife is in a wheelchair so she made sure somebody came out to get the luggage which is not the normal thing. The the room was not well characterized. So she switched us really quickly, didn't charge me. The place was clean, breakfast was hot and free in the morning. Ample parking employee cat parking. They have a smoking section outside.I would stay there again.

The rooms have it all from full kitchen to dishwasher. Everything is new. Good decor. Gym is ok. Free breakfast and free bottled water by the pool. Front desk service was great. I will stay here once a year. The only thing I can complain about is that on the day they clean they didn't make the bed. Just changed the towels and took out garbage. Also I don't carry cash around. They need to set up a way to tip the room service at check out or another way. Besides that you won't regret it, stay here.Rooms: Everything needed, only washer and dryer missing to be a full apartment type
