TownePlace Suites Boynton Beach is a family-friendly hotel in a great location with easy access and walkability to many nearby restaurants and shops. The staff is consistently noted as friendly, kind, and helpful. Many guests find the hotel to be immaculate, very clean, and comfortable, with clean pools and convenient BBQ grills. Rooms are described as welcoming, some featuring a massive patio overlooking the pool and a small kitchenette, with the backside of the hotel offering a much nicer view. However, some issues were reported. One guest received a room with a musty and faint cigarette smell, though a room change was easily accommodated. Another guest found a crumpled tissue in the bedding, suggesting the sheets may not have been changed. A different guest did not receive the booked room with a sleeper sofa, and one room had sinks that only provided cold water. The breakfast is highlighted as delicious, exquisite, and available every morning, lasting until 11am on weekends. Laundry facilities use a card system, which is very convenient. Most guests would stay again and highly recommend the hotel.
Location is perfect, tons of spots to eat nearby easy access to everywhere you wanna get to. We had a room with a massive patio overlooking the pool. Comfortable rooms, will stay here again if back in area.

Great place very clean and front desk staff was very nice upon check in and when requesting any items would highly recommend. BBQ grill where great and pool was clean as well.
