I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Tire Kingdom. I went in for an alignment, control arm replacement, and complete strut assembly, and was initially told the job would take 3 hours. After over 4 hours of waiting, they informed me they couldn’t complete the work because one of the struts came in wrong from their parts distributor. Despite paying over $1600 upfront, I left with an incomplete job and was told to return the next day when the correct part would be available.
The next morning, I received a call around 10 a.m. saying the part had arrived and they were ready to finish the job. After driving another 1.5 hours to the store, I was assured my car would be ready in an hour. An hour later, I was told the wrong part had been ordered again. I was beyond frustrated at this point, and they had to contact the distributor once more to resolve the issue. I ended up waiting another 1.5 hours before the correct part finally arrived. In total, I sat in their lobby for over 8 hours across two days to get this job completed, not including my 6 hours of drive time back and forth.
While I appreciate the representative, Snyder, who provided a complimentary oil change as a goodwill gesture, it doesn’t make up for the time I lost and the terrible experience I had. Between poor planning, miscommunication, and repeated mistakes, I am left extremely disappointed and will never return to Tire Kingdom. This experience was inconvenient, frustrating, and a total letdown.

Competence and accountability are lost on them. It took 2 days and 2 failed attempts at getting the right part for my vehicle. Apparently, their parts supplier(s) are incompetent as well. Overpriced, Poorly operated. Unorganized. DO NOT go there for any issues with your tire(s), by the time they’re finished with you, everything connected to the tire will need to be mysteriously replaced. Proceed with caution.

I’m a regular at this Tire Kingdom and the service and work is excellent. Tires, brakes you name it. They are fast, courteous and friendly. They are very helpful. They explain everything to me and helps me understand the technical issues a bit better. They make sure that I approve all work prior to any adjustments. My car is weathered. They keep it running and safe for me. I love this place. Be sure to ask for David when you come in.

Tire kingdom was amazing! I was driving to get to a cruise and my tire blew! I pulled up and they immediately got my car into a bay and had our new tire on and done in a flash! I can't thank them enough!!! Amazing service!

Fantastic store. Wonderful staff. We got an unexpected flat and we were in a hurry to start our vacation. They worked with us to get us in and out as fast as possible. Much friendlier than other places we stopped in prior to here.

Exceptional service! Fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. I had a nail in my tire, and they promptly took my car in and patched it up within 15 minutes. They also took the time to explain the difference between a patch and a tire replacement. Highly recommend!

This location is very spacious and clean. We had an appointment @ 11am but we called and this location was able to accommodate us sooner. David was friendly and personable when we arrived. He swiftly checked us in with a smile on his face. This location took such good care of us and you can really tell they really care and customer service is their top priority. We will be back. Thanks David & all tire kingdom staff.
