“Pascal explained everything to me up front so I knew exactly what was going on with my car, what results I could expect, and how much it would cost. He was welcoming and kind, even when the work was finished, he showed me everything that was done and explained why. He even remembered that on my last visit to the shop I mentioned that my birthday was coming up this weekend and he wished me a happy birthday today. That’s a personal touch that I will never forget. He truly strives for excellence in his work. The mechanic (I’m sorry but I don’t know his name) was highly knowledgeable, identified all of the issues with my car, and repaired them expediently. I never thought I would say this but it was a pleasure to do business at this auto shop! I will definitely come back for all of my automotive needs!”
“Your front auto mechanic advisor Jim…on Hypoluxo Ave. in BOYNTON beach- ( right off Lawrence RD.); store #1952 ( I believe); ,was so friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. I had an appointment for the purchase, and installation of two new front tires. I had picked two Good year tires.. for my Toyota Camry, but they were not the best tire for road conditions in FL… Jim helped me select two comparable Good Year tires and explained the tires to me, the mileage life, road hazard coverage, stats…the store was very busy on Sunday, was calm, friendly, professional, and very organized with the flow of walk-in customers, appointments, and she collaborated with the mechanics in between handling the customer requests. They were working with a small crew and still handled every customer efficiently.. I have been a registered nurse for 26 years and I really appreciated the five star excellent customer service…. which is what Jim - your front mechanic desk advisor provided.. Amazing service..thank you..”
“I've purchased 6 tires from Easy pay so far. 4 when I first moved to Florida, and 2 about a month ago.
Great service, staff is extremely kind and friendly and turnaround time was same day. About two days ago, I walked out of work with a flat tire at 4:25, and they were able to get me in, pull a screw out of my tire, patch it, and have me back on my way in 30 minutes.
10/10 company. Will continue to support (but only when I HAVE too, I don't want to buy tires often.)”

“Woke up to a flat tire this morning and found a screw in an unfixable area of the tire. Called Tire Lot around 10am who ordered me a set of rear tires (needed replacement soon anyways so replaced the set) and had them on my car before 2pm. And best of all, I never had to leave the house. Incredible service. Thanks Carlos!!”
