I was referred to you by a neighbor / friend who said many people in our community go to you. I was very disappointed, standing in a long line to check in. I understand you were very busy, but after all those that made appointments were called and the room cleared out and I was the only one standing at the desk with an employee standing opposite of me working, I was not even acknowledged with the emplyee saying something like, "I'm sorry were busy, I'll be with you momentarily... "then the estimate of the work need to be done was sent to me. I was shocked to find out that I needed to have spark plugs replaced. When I decided not to have it taken care of because I remembered that I had them replaced not long ago elsewhere, when I called about it and when I went to pick up my car, I asked about it, I was told that this was decided that they need to be replaced because the mileage on my vehicle. They didn't remove the spark plugs to see they were new or some test done to see it was not necessary. Well, I'm glad I remembered that I didn't need that work done because otherwise I would have been out nearly $250 for no reason. I took my car back to Firestone where I do have a card and they have my history.

Brought my F-150 in for 100K check up. Spent $2K on tires and a radiator hose. Less than a month later the truck starts shaking when I hit 60mph and I find balancing weights in my driveway. Took it back and they said it was a bad tire. Replaced on warranty but then informed my front brakes and calipers are bad. Another $1.2K on that. When I asked how they missed the brakes on the inspection that I paid for less than a month ago they answered "Wish I could answer that". They did service my truck in one day both times and did answer the phone each time I called.

Have been a customer a long time. Dave is always honest , fair and tries to do the best repair without breaking the bank. They service all 5 of my cars including an old Jag which is always a challenge to repair and find parts. Allen and the rest of the team are also great guys. Thank you for always taking good care of my vehicles. Highly recommend.

I took my minivan to fix an oil leak and gas smell in the cabin. The gas smell was fixed after two trips ( the first time, they didn't install the part properly). They never fixed the oil leak. I have went back 4 or 5 times. After more than $2500 worth for labor and parts, It was still leaking oil. I will never take a car to them again.

I have to share what a great experience I have had here having wok done on my car. I was referred elsewhere and for some reason (I do not believe in accidents) I showed up at Tilden. I was greeted and taken care of quickly and by the friendliest of folks. They were honest and helpful in the explanation of what was happening with my car. I did not feel "sold". The Customer Service is beyond great and the overall service is extremely reasonable! I have had work done twice now and will continue coming here as well as send others here too.I am so glad I "accidently" found you. Thank you!Sheri Sova
