I had a broken hinge on my work laptop that I needed to get fixed outside my company. They were very clear on setting my expectations for the repair and timeline and even provided the worst case scenario. They were very transparent on pricing and what could change once the machine was opened. They provide excellent service and communication.
They were able to complete the repair sooner than expected and its quality work. I would definitely come back in the future or consider to buy something here.

Awesome! Answered my questions on the phone before I arrived. The friendly store employee at the front looked through my issues upon arrival, decided what needed to be done explained everything to me and my computers were both taken care. In a timely manner

Called one place they wanted 200 just to touch it. Adam helped me out right away for no charge. He pushed me into a busy day and was very knowledgeable. I’m new to building computers and he made everything very easy clear.

Very quick service, I called on the phone and gentleman on the phone and they very straight to the point and were able answer all of my question. All i wanted was to upgrade the ssd on my computer since I had fried a previous computer. And they completed it no problems.

Outstanding service and authentic. I 1000% recommend you bring any and all laptop/PC issues here, they put so much effort into fixing issues and are very passionate about it!! I brought my laptop in because it wasn't turn on due to fry and he got it up an running again. A computer repair store you can trust ans depend on!!

This place is awesome, friendly and informative. Left a voicemail 5 min before closing and gotta a call back from the owner about 15 minutes later. Set me up with John to talk about my computer issue and to drop off my computer. 1 day later John called me back, told me my issues and explained some things I didn’t know which would help prevent my future new GPU and M.2 from frying which was great. You’re the man John! Thanks and I’ll be back soon.

I went to this place thinking nothing of it. Gladly, I had a wonderful experience and interaction, the prices are very reasonable, they are very honest about their work, they’ll keep you updated and they won’t try to make you spend more money than you have to. Id recommend this place every time. I have taken two laptops already and they are flawless now.
10/10 recommend!!
