This store is uncontactable phone calls always go into an automated call answering system AND there is LITTLE chance to get out of the system and speak to a real person - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

one of the reasons why I like shopping at target is it’s always very clean and the buyers have picked some of the most unique and beautiful items for us to purchase for our homes gardens and every day use for our family

If you’re going to close self checkout, at least have enough cashiers to handle the traffic of the store and have an express lane for those not purchasing a full cart of groceries. I had to wait 15 minutes to purchase four items. It’s clear the corporation no longer takes into consideration customer experience or any form of convenience in favor of operating at the very bottom line. It’s unfair because this mismanagement only falls on the heads of the employees they’re exploiting. The issue is with Target as a whole and their greed at the expense of the communities they are supposed to be serving. Change the store’s policies and hire more people or you will lose more money than you ever did through self checkout.

Ordered some groceries online and picked up inside.
Checked them once I got to my car- the pack of 3 bell peppers I ordered were rotten/moldy.
Does the staff not check items beforehand? And why were these allowed to be sold in the first place??? Disgusting!
Also, the customer service staff seemed to careless.
I will be going to the location on Congress/Boynton from now on.

Walked in with the wife. Probably the worst target I've been to.
Not only did I find rolls of paper in with the pork, but I found someone just leaving clearance sticker rolls on shelves and when I brought it up to the team lead , they just do not care.
I have a printer that uses thoes stickers gods forbid i stole the stickers.

Target has consistently been and continues to be one of my favorite stores. Merchandise is of decent quality and variety. I love Target circle rewards too.

I Love Target store, but the front desk and lack of help and the length of time you have to wait for someone to take care of you is ridiculous. -Team members will walk right by and they won’t even address the fact that you’re standing there. This is extremely sad and does not make me want to come into store.

Visited this Target in Boynton, parking available in front of store, greeted as I walked in and a very friendly cashier assisted me. Great job Boynton Target!!!

Maybe pay your nonexistent managers less and hire cashiers….. if you are only going to have 2 out of 28 registers open get more than 4 self checkouts. That way we the customer can do your job at least a little faster.

Not the best Target experience compared to the other locations. I’m not sure if they have a permanent staffing shortage, but the checkout out lines are constantly super long.
Their self checkout line is limited to ten items or less.
I’m not sure how long this business model is sustainable before they alienate their customer base.
