I recently visited Target Optical in Boynton Beach FL, just to see if there was some frames there I liked. As I entered a young lady name Jessica asked; " How are you today... May I assist you". That was the beginning of a very pleasant experience. She "listened to me" as I attempted to explain the type on frames and lenses I was looking for (her patients was quite refreshing). Afterwards, she showed me several frames and lenses and finally I decided on the Oakley frame. However, the lenes I was looking for were not on display. So Jessica, went into the system to search for the color of tinted lenses I was asking for. Well to make a long story short she located them; I then made the purchase. Jessica's assistance was over the top, her pleasant personality, professionalism and experience help me to find the exact frames and lenses I wanted to purchase. Thank you Jessica for a great experience!

I had some issues with some of my glasses and jeff at optical did some phenomenal work! He evaluated the problem thoroughly, was very knowledgeable on the issue and found the solution to resolve my problem. Overall it was a tremendous service and I can’t thank him enough!

The nice thing about this Target Optical is that it's right at the front of the store. I arrived right at opening time so I didn't have to wait for assistance. The woman who waited on me made every effort to see if my existing frames were still available (but of course they weren't) but she found some that were practically identical. Since I was already in the system from last year the whole ordering process probably took fifteen, twenty minutes tops.A great experience all around.Edit to add: I was told that the glasses would be ready in a couple of weeks (I ordered them on a Sunday) and they were ready on Thursday, so three working days). The pickup process was as quick and easy as ordering them had been. Five more stars (-:

My teenage son and I had a very disappointing expereince to say the least. Target Optical on University Drive/Stirling Rd in Davie were unprofessional, had no idea how to process insurance for prescription glasses, store manager kept my son waiting for hours, promised him a six=ze that they never actually had available, changed price for same pair of glasses 4 times within same day, couldnt explain why, misleading advertising for "teen discounts'' they just increase base price to subtract your "discounted" savings. Website reflects "insurance is accepted" but then it doesnt go through unless you call them and wait an hour on hold, after which you guessed it....you get disconnected! Complaints to corporate office takes you on the cyclone ride of your life until they exhaust you. Their sales reps dont understand what they are charging you for, robotic system. We ended up buying same pair at EZ for half price, no hassles, no drama, no games.

We have been a patient of Dr. Choi for over 14 years. He is an amazing optometrist. Also Jessica provided us with excellent service with the purchase of our frames, lenses and contacts. She was knowledgeable and patient. Our overall experience today was 10 star!

Jeff tried to rip me off, he said that the glasses that I had just purchased had been "damaged beyond repair" and I would have to purchase a new set. I went to the next closest Target, and Tony at the new store told me "this will be an easy fix." Jeff is not a good person and people should be weary about doing any sort of business with him.

We are repeat customers of Target Optical in Boynton Beach. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff! They say they will text us when glasses are ready, and they really do. We have used them for prescription sunglasses and sports goggles with great results. Stop overpaying and come here!

Dr. Choi, Alenna, Alex, and Sarah were so amazing and thoughtful during my visit. Probably, no definitley the best experience I have had during an eyewear appointment. Love these guys.
