Watch out for guy named Amish, this guy only cares about his commission. He told me it’s only 25 to add an extra line then upgrades my line to a family plan without telling me so my plan went from 75 to 130. He just kept trying to get me to add more unnecessary stuff I didn’t want. Tells me I can get this phone for free but changes and tells me there’s another phone just like it but I have to pay, keeps trying to get me to buy internet and tablets I didn’t want. This dude just wants to get his extra commission. I actually ended up paying more for my extra line then just keeping my 2nd phone with different company

I went to this T-Mobile with my best friend this evening and experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Jordi by far, hands done, delivered a phenomenal customer service experience. He answered all of our questions exceptionally. He made sure we understood the different plan options and devices we were interested in. Though he was juggling multiple customers he made every one of them feel heard. The best associate I’ve ever interacted with at any T-Mobile location, if I could give him 10 stars I would.

Jordi absolutely has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. He was able to balance multiple customers at a time, and make them feel welcomed and important. He explained in detail all the benefits, changes, and pricing for each and every option I asked for. Patiently, and effectively. 10 out of 10 will only visit this store location just for him.

Went to get a new phone and had the pleasure of having Ludzer as my rep and he was the best. He was very professional, kind and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I left the store very happy.

Arturo really went above and beyond to help me today. The process of getting a new phone is always long and very unpleasant for myself but he really made the experience worth while. Also, John was really friendly and polite throughout our interaction when Arturo was busy activating phones. I would definitely come back to this location or recommend anyone to come and speak to Arturo if you are in need a new phone or even just to start a new T Mobile plan.

Today I visited the Boynton beach mall location and Jordi was hands down the best person I’ve ever met working here, I thought he was a store manager. He not only gave us great customer service but he wen above and begin to make sure we have all the information we needed , we were able to purchase 3 devices w service! We need more passionate people like Jordi I am very satisfied

The store sales associates are good at grabbing you from the door and offering you the current promotions. I went in on April 11, 2023 to purchase a phone after my phone stopped working on April 10. I was a current metropcs client transferring to Tmobile.When I went into the store and learned about all the marketing & promotional offers. I found that the current promotions were not convenient for me and I wanted to purchase the phone in the full amount and stay with the same phone number.That's when the conversation changed. Both the sales associate and the manager stated that I couldn't purchase the phone without getting a new line. I have never heard of that before, instead they redirected me to best buy across the street. Best Buy was able to port in my current number, while transferring it to T-mobile.Just FYI, if you're not interested in getting a new line, don't waste your time and fall for the reviews like I did.

I visited the Boynton Beach location and the General Manager has an amazing staff. It was very upbeat with some pretty chill music as well. Everyone was pounding Red Bull’s and assisting customers in any way they could trying to upgrade them to Magenta Max! I was so LUCKY that the associate that ended up helping me gave me the best cell phone carrier experience in my entire life. I am 36 years old and I have had plans at all your competition. I will never leave T-Mobile because SARAH is the tick tick BOOM goes the dynamite! She was so upbeat and friendly and told me every answer to every stupid question (sorry everyone stupid questions do exist and I had plenty!) she was so patient! She got me two new phones for my kids, explained the process to upgrade for my wife and I, hooked me up to internet AND HELPED ME UPGRADE TO THE MAX PLAN! Wow! Give her her own store already! What are you waiting for! Sarah is the best!!!

My husband I decided we needed new phones. We went to the T-Mobile store in the Boynton Beach Mall. We are very pleased that we did. There, we had a rep by the name of Sarah do everything we needed to have a smooth purchase. She was patient and took all the stress out of the transaction. She is a great asset to the company.

I came into the T-Mobile at the Boynton Beach Mall today and was politely greeted by Ari the sales rep. Ari took the time to break down my old Verizon bill and clearly showed me the savings and benefits I would be getting for switching over to T-Mobile. I have nothing but nice things to say about Ari and the people at this store! If you are looking for friendly and knowledgeable sales reps look no further than Ari and the team at the Boynton beach mall!
