Stay away from this store! Their employee name Zeny is incredibly rude! She has an attitude as if she can't be bothered and doesn't want to do her job! We wanted to upgrade phones and asked a few questions but shes very rude! We ended up canceling our phones and went to Verizon instead!

I would recommend to stay far from this place! I went in just simply to pay my bill and sat aimlessly waiting as the employees talked among themselves back and forth like I wasn’t even in the store… after waiting I finally got to pay my bill with a incredibly rude employee that will stand to tell you their correct in every circumstance. Not to mention mouthing off to me and threatening not to pay my bill when I paid with cash saying they could not accept cash, Simply because they are lazy and don’t want to count the collecting cash income for the day. Truly customer service is no where near to be found and was left wondering why the store had no customer traffic…

I don’t typically write bad reviews, but my experience today was ridiculous. I went to upgrade a phone that probably should’ve only taken at least 30 minutes yet I’m waiting a whole hour and there was no line. The employee was watching the football games on the iPad and was taking his sweet time. Maybe it was my mistake that I asked him to set it up for me. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to put on a case. I was very patient but It was starting to frustrate me.

I had a very good experience at this store on Monday July 24,2023. I went in to upgrade my phone and Zenyi (hope I got her name spelled correctly) helped me with my purchase. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had in a T-Mobile store. Some of the other times have not been as pleasant as this was. She was beyond courteous and efficient. Thanks for such wonderful customer service! I will only use this store in the future.

The employees were friendly but I know there were hiding information from me which made my experience terrible. I walked in wanting a family plan but all I was offered was their most expensive plan. It makes no sense for me to have to go online to view which tier of plans they have available. I was also told I can’t get the plan I want in-store which is unbelievable.Every other service providers keep their prices where customers can see and pick what fits them best and T-Mobile has completely thrown that out the window.

I made the mistake of going to this T-Mobile store last night June 22, 2023. She had no name tag, so I’m not sure what her name is but she was a short bilingual lady with short black hair. She pretty much yelled at my wife for standing too close to the front door because they have some kind of sensor. On top of that when I got there there was still an hour and a half left before they closed and she pretty much said we don’t have enough time to transfer over your service. Come back another day. I don’t understand if you still have over an hour and a half left and I’m coming to you for service. I am a paying customer. How are you gonna tell me to just come back another day I thought maybe I was just interfering with her free time. Pure laziness is all it is pure laziness if you don’t like your job, quit and go somewhere else. I’m hoping when I called back this morning I can speak to let him know what happened.

Worst experience ever. I lost my phone yesterday and needed one urgently. I went to this T-Mobile store in hopes of purchasing a phone on spot, but the employee tommy treated me so bad. He said he did not feel comfortable selling a phone to me because I was “asking too much questions”. I am trying to figure out what phone works best for me and what the price differences are on the phones, of course I am going to have questions lol. Also, I was trying to make sure what I was getting made sense as there has been rumors of T-Mobile scamming their customers. He was profiling me and discriminating me the moment I walked in. He does not deserve to work there. I have so many lines with T-Mobile as I have a family plan, I will be canceling it.

All the employees here do is say “I can’t help you. Please go to a different store”. Bleh. Over t mobile. I am having to jump through hoops to activate a new a phone I bought with you folks. Annoying!!! One star for the store and the employee Tommie with the Brooklyn neck tattoo who just makes stuff up as he talks lol.

Worst customer service I dealt with. Kept getting annoyed when I just wanted some clarification about the service and item I was purchasing.Also when I asked for her names she WOULDN'T show me her Tag name so I could spell it correctly. The tag name was covered by her jacket Her body language towards me was disrespectful.Sophia is her name
