The level of customer service at this store is above exceptional!! Dariya helped me get through a lost phone nightmare and turned a painful situation into a great experience. Both Dariya and Jonathan went above and beyond to provide me with a phone before leaving the store even though my former carrier was not very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about the team at this location !!

Went in to trade in some phones and the rep processed it. pretty fast. The store has enough staff on hand so I only had to wait for a few minutes. Only been to this place once but will be back if I need anything else.

Noel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to ask for help with a phone transfer and he was able to help me very quickly. I was also inquiring about a new phone for my brother and he was able to offer me the best options for my price range. I was very happy and I highly recommend this location

Nadine was amazing! She greeted each customer with a “Welcome to T-Mobile. We will help you as soon as we can.” She was the sweetest person I’ve ever seen at a wireless phone store. She helped me find the best deal to upgrade my phone without pressure. She also made sure I had the accessories needed. She took the time to ensure everything transferred correctly and made sure I knew how long it would take. She set up my new phone and paired my Apple watch. Nadine was a pleasure to do business with. Even though the store was slammed, she was so polite and gracious. I left the store smiling when she said “happy holidays and I wish you happy new year.”

I have been to T-Mobile here in Boynton Beach many times. I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly and always will to help whether its purchasing a new device or simply answering a question or helping out with my current device.

I came in with no clue id be walking out this day with a phone. Once I entered the store I was greeted immediately although the store was busy. Sebastian assisted me with informing me on what they had to offer, pricing and more. He had a very pleasant and POSITIVE energy that I appreciate. I was in and out in just about 10 minutes. I'd definitely recommend !

I have spoken to three different guys at this store and all three have been so amazing! My elderly father-in-law is having issues with his phone and I needed some questions answered. I was able to call the store and on the different occasions the guys were so helpful! If I ever change carriers for myself I will definitely come to this store and go through these guys.

This was my second attempt at this location...I will never step foot in that store again. I had called TMobile for help. I was advised to go to a store. I'm from Boynton Beach, so I went over there. Of course I waited because the store are always short staffed. I'm a pretty patient person. Finally a young man called me up to the counter. I told him my situation. He actually had the nerve to tell me to to an Ifix store because he's not a tech and can't help me. I was completely DISMISSED. I went to the store in Delray Beach and got some satisfaction.

The store manager, Jonathan, is an absolute professional and helped me resolve an issue I had been going in circles about with T- Mobile over the phone and in another store. The other store sold me an upgrade and did not follow proper protocol and gave me bad information, and they refused to help me fix it in any way. They had cost me money and hours and hours of time and frustration that had brought me to tears and were absolutely disgraceful in how they proceeded to treat me. I went into this store so overwhelmed and defeated by the whole situation, and Jonathan immediately made me feel heard and worked hard to find a solution. Within an hour, he had fixed what neither the support line nor the original store had been able to do over several weeks and at least 15 phone conversations. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and it was such a fantastic experience. These are the people you want representing your brand and your business. They care about the customer.
