I came into this branch and was “helped” by Benjamin Saint-Cyr.I needed to open a business account and I told Benjamin I was interested in the $400 bonus offer they had going on.I already opened an account online by myself with the same offer and did get the $400 bonus.Mr. Benjamin assured me that I will get the bonus for the account he opened for me as well.To my surprise, the $400 bonus never came in, Mr. Benjamin never answered my calls or e-mails, and was never available.I was able to speak to another lady and she said the bonus won’t be coming as Benjamin applied a completely different offer while opening my account.I feel scammed for $400.

Have been a customer.here since 1998 and currently have a loan with them and paying a lot of imerest to them. Also have a checking account them with a large balance. Received a free safety deposit as a perk to my accounts. When switched to Truist now they want a fee for my safety deposit box. Went in twice before today to close it but far too long a wait in the lobby.Went back today and saw Rachelle tomfinally close it. But she tells me I have to pay a late fee to close. Explained everything to her but she refused to wave late fee, didn't seem to care at all Said I would have to speak to the manager, BENJAMIN SAINT-CYR. So I waited several minutes to speak to him. Eventually she told me he said to tell me he will not waive the late fee. He wouldn't even speak to me.l, and i had waited til he was done with customer and free to speak.Totally worthless manager given given how much business I've given them and how much money they have made off of me. Unbelievable he wouldn't even review my history and my balances with them, wouldn't even give me a minute to speak to him!! Awful representative for this bank!!! Will be taking this further to make sure his bosses know what they hired

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I should go back to the old bank and the old employees there the way they speak to people and all their new rules is just rude.

First time at this branch this morning. Went in to make a simple payment. Two tellers available, one male one female. I was abruptly told by the mail to go to the female who is sitting down, did not look up, did not say welcome to Truist, did not ask, can I help you? Never smiled, never acknowledged me being there, didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Asked for personal information that I’ve never had to give before just to make a payment. When I questioned the results on the receipt she said that’s the way it is! This person should be fired. Her people skills are horrible. She has an attitude that is disgusting for public domain. I will never go to this branch again.

I went to visit my elderly mom in Boynton Beach Florida. We both visited the SunTrust location at 9869 S Military trail to conduct some very important business on Thursday 2/5/20. My mom could not locate the key for her safety deposit box. The manager Lynne Moss told us that we could return on Monday 2/10/20 and the box would be drilled open. That was fine with me seeing I had to return to NY on 2/12/20. We went back on the Monday and was told by the bank manager ms Moss that she attempted to contact us on Thursday to let us know the locksmith could not come that whole week. No call was made to us on Monday morning either so we would not make the trip all the way out there. In fact she told me that I would have to make another trip out to Florida or have my sister fedex the spare key (which would not have gotten to me in time)....Wait more than a whole week to see important documents in a person’s safe deposit box??? That is not good customer service.I am back in NY now and up till now no follow up call has been made to me by ms Moss to update me on this matter.Unheard of and very unprofessional!!! Worst bank ever!!!!
