Jean Francis was amazing and arrived right at the beginning of the hour window. He explained everything clearly, gave the price up front, offered other options for the future and finished the repair quickly! I will definitely be using this company again!

Needed some electrical work in my apt. Called this company because of their great reviews. So glad and thankful that I did I never need any kind of Service inFlorida and I was nervous of the workers if they were of good quality. I live in New York. This Company sent a dio Santos and Let me tell you this guys was the best electrician I ever had. I wish I had this company and dio Santos in New York. I need other contracting things done and I would never use any other company. I highly highly recommend this company and this electrical. He is What ever company needs. A great representation of this great company. So thankful I found them makes Feel at ease having a Place in Fla and if anything goes wrong I have this company

Greg Sinclair did a great job fixing my electrical problem I had. He explained the problem and how to fix it and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend him and Suncoast Contractors to anybody that needs electrical work done.

Had a flooded bathroom. They came in and took care of everything from start to finish . Very professional and the clean up was great. Had a whole new bathroom after. Very please thanks guys

A/C was not working so I called them. I suspected it was an electrical issue so they sent out an electrician who ended up saying it was not an electrical issue and he was not actually knowledgable of A/Cs and so could not fix it. They have since harassed me multiple times for a service call fee that I refuse to pay since they are the ones who sent someone who didn't know what the hell he was doing. By the way, when I called a more capable and professional company, it did turn out to be an electrical issue that was fixed in less than a half hour. So your electrician is a moron. He was basically trying to show up and receive a service call fee for hanging out for 10 minutes and doing nothing.

Brent and his team were amazing! SunCoast was a thorough company when I had a plumbing leak. They started with water removal throughout my house, counted and boxed all my belongings, sent me the recording of every box and all the objects inside of each one properly labeled. The next step was using fans, other big machines, and special dehumidifiers to remove the rest of the moisture in the floor and walls. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. My kitchen remodel and master bathroom came out amazing sense they are third generation general contractors. SunCoast answered all my questions and had checklists every day. Super organized and detailed. Every team member was so happy and glad to be a part of the Suncoast family. Free of charge they did duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and clean my air handler coils.The mold removal process was fascinating. The team set up plastic containment on the area that was bad. The price was great for any extra things I wanted. The rest was billed though my insurance! I rate this company five stars! My home is way better than before!

Have been back and forth with our home warranty company that has been a frustrating process but Chris took the time to explain in detail everything going on and was honest and compassionate which can be rare to see these days . Truly appreciate the kindness and patience he and all the staff have shown to us.

Suncoast Contractors Emergency Service is the best restoration company in south *******! They are a 3rd generation company and have amazing employees that are highly knowledgeable and informative. They showed me 9 licenses they hold and are licensed general contractors. I had a water damage at my house that flooded the whole upstairs. These guys came out in the middle of the night and handled it right away. They were very informative and walked us through the whole process. I got text alerts with pictures when their techs were in route. Their managers and Dispatchers called me every day on the process. When the job was done they followed up with us to make sure we didnt need anything else. I hope I never have to go though this process again but I will call Suncoast if I ever have mold or flood needs. Best experience in 25 years hands down!

This is the most inept an unethical company I have ever dealt with. Thought it was just Matt and Lee, but Chris as well. Stay far far away from this business. They used scare tactics on a 69 year old woman. Two other reputable companies both gave me the same estimate of work which was completely differen from Suncoast.
