Stella Restoration responded quickly to the situation and ensured that everything was taken care of. A dishwasher leak caused water damage to my wood flooring, but they were able to save the wood, saving me from having to replace my flooring. The restoration team kept in touch with me at every step of the journey. The business gave me the impression that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the customers' experiences throughout the process. The project was managed professionally! I was very happy with the quick response to deal with the issue and the result of the restoration. We sought out Stella Restoration as the first option following a significant flood in our house. Their drying-out crew worked quickly and effectively to dry out the house, and their rebuilding team worked carefully and quickly. They were highly attentive to my inquiries and concerns throughout the process. They were professional and patient as I changed my mind about the flooring and color selections a dozen times.

I have to agree with *****. Run. I thought I was signing a work order for a free (to me) tarp job on a roof. Turned out to be an Assignment of Benefits. Stella did a wonderful job on the roof, no issues there. My issue is when I saw the invoice that they were billing to the insurance company. Turns out it was 10 (ten) times more than my neighbors paid to have their roofs tarped after ***. Average cost for tarp jobs was $1200-1300 among my neighbors. My special shingle roof :) somehow got tarped for $13, 548. Needless to say I cancelled the AoB via certified mail after reading the fine print.

We found water damage due to an attic air conditioner line that became clogged, and we needed help from Stella Restoration. The entire process went really smoothly since Max, our project manager, arranged all the different personnel we required promptly. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed about the timeline. Stella Restoration is a company we wholeheartedly endorse and would happily work with again. With only one phone call, they can handle any type of house repair.

The team arrived at the precise moment they said they would and finished the task they said they would do every day. Every single member of their crew that visited our home was kind and professional. From the minute we called Stella Restoration concerning our mold problem, they were helpful, professional and courteous. We had mold growing behind our two walls. Stella Restoration tested the mold and made a schedule for removing it. Leo, our project manager, handled everything for us and kept us in the loop the entire time. He provided us with phone calls and up-to-date photos daily of all the work that was being done. We really appreciated the constant communication he gave us. We have been so impressed with their work throughout this entire process. They made it extremely convenient for us. We can't thank them enough for making this difficult problem into an easy solution!

Nobody wants to deal with water damage, but I'm grateful I employed Stella Restoration to put my bathroom back together. Jack performed a fantastic job; his carpentry and drywall abilities were exceptional, and by the time he was through, you'd never know there had ever been an issue. He was extremely kind, always phoned to let me know what was happening, and he left everything tidy when the day was through. I sincerely hope there won't ever be an issue, but I'd cheerfully employ Stella Restoration once more if I did.

Stella Restoration was in charge of our house's reconstruction works. They made the necessary repairs to the house to meet our satisfaction, and they did a great job keeping the area tidy while they worked. All of the guys were trustworthy and honest. Benjamin and his team were involved in our project from start to finish. We had a terrible flood, and everything was a disaster. Within 30 minutes of our original contact, they arrived. Within three hours, the clean-up was done. Stella team was really helpful and answered all of my questions about insurance. The communication was excellent! I'm very happy that I found Stella Restoration to restore my kitchen! They superbly handled my flood emergency. Easton, my technician, was incredibly friendly and competent, and I trusted and felt at ease with him.
