Went inside to do a drop off. There was a blonde woman doing prints who didn’t even acknowledge me as a I was standing there for a few minutes. Someone came behind me to do an Amazon return and we were both just waiting. Finally the woman doing an Amazon return went to go look for help and it was announced on the intercom an associate was needed. That associate was the blonde woman who wasn’t even acknowledging us. Hopefully I never have to do a return here again because I’ve never had this experience with Whole Foods drop off.

Good store with all the office & school supplies you'd expect, but also includes full document services (printing, copying, etc.) and passport photos which may be helpful.

I came to visit the TSA enrollment office. My appointment was at 3pm, I arrived at 2:40. At 3:10, there are 4 people ahead of me, with earlier appointments!

This review is all about the service at Staples. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to deal with them. I ordered ink cartridges online from Staples. One of them didn't work properly, so I went to the store to exchange it. I was expecting a hassle. Happily, I had no issues whatsoever as the customer service rep quickly & easily made the exchange.While there I saw an office chair, so I went back a few days later and had another great experience purchasing the chair. I was second in line to pay and the manager noticed that a line was forming so he quickly instructed a rep to open another check-out line. After my transaction was complete, the manager offered to take the big box containing my chair out to my car.As we were walking out, the manager asked me if I wanted a small wall-mounted desk/shelving unit for free that had been on display at the entrance of the store. "Free is good", I thought, so I accepted the unit and the manager loaded it into my car.Once I got home, I realized that I didn't have a place for it, so I donated it to a charity. Good karma for everyone!The type of great customer service I experienced at Staples seems rare these days. They are now my favorite office supplies store. Their prices are reasonable and their service will bring me back.

Went here for TSA precheck appt. Checked in at front counter and directed to back of store. Agent helped right away. Everything was handled efficiently & quickly. Hopefully process will save time going through airports.

I had the best person in the print section. I did not catch her name. I was in a serious rush and behind on paperwork. I am talking about no minutes to spare. She was beyond helpful in getting me what I needed. If she reads this message, I made it back in time and I got the job. Thank you. You saved my minutes with your quick actions.

I called to check on an online print order and the first time, someone picked up the phone and then immediately put me on hold. There's no hold music so it's just silence. I called again and the woman who answered cut me off and spoke over me when I was just briefly explaining myself. She put me on hold for almost 5 minutes so I hung up and called back a third time. This time a man answered, I explained myself again, he put me on hold. Someone else picked up and asked if they could help me, so explained myself AGAIN. So disorganized! I decided to cancel and just go to another location all together.

I came to the Staples Print Center being very grumpy from a horrible starting day. Ready for bear! Had a poster print job but the picture was not correctly downloaded. We had to start from scratch with my computer and phone and I am computer challenged. I was stressed, tired, feet hurting, on my last breath. The print angel GILBERT saved me! He knew how to download the photo and do all the other computer magic, and made me 2 gorgeous posters. They are spectacular! He told me the day may have started badly, but "we, as a team, will end it in happy triumph." And he did! Gilbert was patient, efficient, knowledgeable, steady, and got the job done. I was so grateful to him and thank all the folks in the print shop that had to put up with me. STAPLES, THE PRINT SHOP, and, especially, GILBERT, thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my tired heart.

The TSA precheck guy had the worst service I ever received. He was rude when I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late and would not take me after I drove 30 minutes from my home.

Outstanding customer service. I was disappointed when I couldn’t find a desk chair I was looking for. An extremely helpful associate - Eugen - stepped in and helped me. He pulled the chair from inventory and encouraged me to join Staples rewards program. The chair was somewhat challenging to assemble - but I wouldn’t have made the purchase without his enthusiastic offer to locate the last chair in inventory. Eugen - thanks again!

I visited the Boynton Beach location to scan a document, print from internet and fax to a future employer. Gilbert was beyond helpful. I’m not very techy (58) he was polite, patient friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The best customer service I’ve seen in along time!!! He saved my day!! Thank you again Gilbert!!!
