Please, if you’re thinking about buying a sleep number bed. Run.Bought a mattress 1 year ago- to which conveniently is when the warranty on the bed runs out- and have now begun experiencing issues with excessive air loss. The customer service department is unsympathetic and unwilling to help. Just left my most recent phone call in tears because of how rude and harsh the representative David was, not to mention being on hold for over 25 minutes. Horrible experience all around and I wish the store had been more upfront about the “100 day trial”, because after that point, good luck.

When you can’t make a decision because there’s just too many of em, Kendall is the woman to see. She entertained my indecisiveness and helped make my decision when it came to what pillow I wanted. Ended up walking out with pillows she is that helpful. She’s an asset to this store. I love my Sleep Number even more now. Thank you Kendall for everything.

We loved our salesperson and the beds are great. Biggest issue which cost Sleep Number a better sale was the delivery timeframe. 109 days to deliver? Wow

While I have no complaints about the Boynton Beach Sleep Number store (the staff there have actually been very helpful - Thanks), I will NEVER BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED again. We thought our Sleep Number Bed was great until our pump broke, rendering the bed useless. I ordered a new pump, and was told the product would ship in 4-7 days. 10 weeks later - still no pump, and NO ONE AT SLEEP NUMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS OVERLY CONCERNED THAT WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A BED FOR 10 WEEKS! Repeated phone calls all end with the same message - we will email you once the backordered pump is shipped. No one can tell when when a pump might arrive. Supply chain issues and chip shortages does not change the fact that when the company changes its pump design, replacement pumps are very difficult to find. What good is a 25 year mattress warranty when they don't routinely stock older pumps? If your pump goes bad, you may have to replace your entire bed!

I am so disappointed in the lack of customer care that we have received from Sleep Number regarding repairs that need to be made to our bed. First, Sleep Number dropped the ball on shipping the part to us and the technician was a no show/no call. When I called to clear that up, they said the part would arrive in a day or two and that I needed to reschedule the technician visit. I did exactly what they asked. When I checked UPS, they said they were returning the part to Sleep Number because of multiple address errors. I called their CAMS line twice and left messages to try and fix that issue. No one returned either one of my calls. I called a third time this afternoon and the representative is now shipping the part to me overnight and the technician is rescheduled for Friday. I am not holding my breath. They continually make excuses for their mistakes and think that offering a free set of sheets will make up for the fact that we have a broken bed that is impossible to sleep on. I am sick and tired of having to take time off work to be here for a repair that has not happened yet. For the amount of money we spent on this bed, you would think that the product would last longer and the customer service would be better. As the other reviewers have said, BUYER BEWARE. I truly wished we had gone with a different bed with a different company.

Had a good experience when buying the bed but was assured that there would be interest free payments through Synchrony Bank. Instead Synchrony took the entire amount in one payment directly from my bank and then would not refund my money. The Sleep Number store also washed their hands of it. Customer service is non existent and I wouldn't recommend Sleep Number to anyone.
