Shoutout to literally one of the best and most genuine human beings out there. Jackson is practically family and he deserves a raise. I skip probably 5 gas stations everytime JUST to come to this Shell and see Jackson. I’m grateful for you brother

I visit this shell on a daily basis to purchase things such as cigarettes, beverages, snacks, and sometimes scratch offs. This week I have purchased more scratch offs than I normally do as I have been very lucky and winning quite a bit. Earlier this week I had spent $75 in cash and won $200, Steve had no problem paying me. I used the $125 I profited to purchase more and this time I won $225. I kept my winnings without purchasing more. Then, last night I arrived just before they closed and purchased $200 in scratch offs. The owner Steve’s wife was there and both Steve and his wife are always very kind. She informed me that I could purchase the scratch offs but since it was then past midnight i could not cash them out until the next morning. I confirmed with her that since I had been spending more each time that I would still be able to have them cashed out with them even if I won $500, knowing it would be first thing in the morning with a fresh register. She assured me there would be no issue. I ended up winning $295 this time around, so I arrived a few hours after the store opened. Neither the owner nor the wife were there. When I arrived both employees were eating breakfast behind the counter, not really working at all. I waited a few minutes patiently and then one of the employees finally decided to help me. He got half way through (up to $150 in winnings) and said he doesn’t have enough cash to pay me out anymore then that. I explained to him that I had just spent $200 in cash the night before and the owner assured me I would be able to cash out my winnings the next morning. As he counted his register he had plenty of money, but refused to pay me out the remainder of my winnings. They have two registers so I asked if the other employee could check if he had enough there to pay me out. Keep in mind I spent more than they were willing to pay me out the night before. The other employee refused to check his register. When I tried to ask why they would allow me to purchase scratch offs if they're not willing to pay me the total winnings or even the amount I spent, the employee continued to cut me off. He started to get very hostile and yelled “just because you’re white doesn’t mean you get to do whatever you want!” At this point I pulled out my phone and started to record the incident. He continued to yell at me telling me I have no sense. Every time I tried to speak he refused to let me finish he would yell things like I am stupid or I have no sense or I’m an idiot. I have this all on video and will be returning tonight to inform the owner and show him the video. I also will be reporting this to the Florida Civil Rights Commission as a formal complaint. Unfortunately they told me it is not enough to press a law suit, I can only file a complaint. But if the owner does not discharge this employee for his actions I will never be returning to this store ever again. I have never been so disrespected by an employee of any business. He should be ashamed.

I've lived in the area for about 3-4 years now and stop in multiple times a week. Steve, the owner, makes sure he and his staff know you by name and when I come in they greet me like an old friend. This store has everything and great prices! The only place that always has gas during a hurricane and always has a tree up for Christmas!

I absolutely love this station because I know that my card will not be compromised. The owner (whom is always there) physically changed out the locks on the pumps to prevent it from happening. The fuel price is typically lower than surrounding stations, as well.

Been going here for years. Dale always greats us and takes care of our vehicle needs. He goes out of his way to help. Gives honest pricing. Top notch. Supports Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else
