Not willing to work with the customers and I drove far to get help and did not receive it. Took a long time to even get noticed and when I did get it they were not cooperative or willing to help me.

Visited Sephora for some last-minute Christmas shopping, trying to decide on fragrances for family members, which is extremely difficult.But then I was greeted by J'Nae who pleasantly was eager to help resolve my shopping dilemma.Working through all of the different brands, bottles, and different types of smells would've been an absolute struggle without her.I often feel that "good customer service" is a benefit that is fading in this country but my faith has been easily restored after my interaction with J'Nae.

I went to visit this Sephora at Kohls today with my mom and sisters. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. For starters the floor sales associate asked multiple customers in the store if they needed assistance after passing by family multiple times without asking us if we needed assistance. It wasn’t til about 25 minutes of us being in the store where she then finally decided to ask if we needed assistance where at this point we had already found our products. I then proceeded to the checkout and presented the cashier with a coupon that clear stated that it could be used in store. My coupon was denied by the cashier because it didn’t come with a “bar-code” where on the coupon it clearly stated “In-store: Mention at checkout a Sephora and Sephora Kohl” the cashier did not try to accommodate me at all instead just stared at me saying that she could not accept this coupon that I had received in the mail from SEPHORA. After doing my own research I discovered that I could place an order online using the coupon and select in-store pick up. This alternative was not given to me at the time which was extremely disappointing because I had to leave the store empty handed because I wanted to take advantage of the coupon. Overall customer service and experience is very important to me. As have had worked in customer service myself. It is important to know that you should accommodate your customer as best as you can. Not with at least trying to provide assistance or an alternative.

I went to the store today visiting from out of town. What a GREAT experience !! The young lady that helped me on the floor today was super caring and attentive to what I was looking for ! Her name was Janay. She helped me learn more about my foundation and how to apply it. Awesome customer service! I’ll be back for sure.
