It was my first time visiting and I was extremely happy with how I was treated. The salon was impeccably clean and well designed. Ricille colored, washed, cut and blow dried my hair. She was very pleasant and attentive to what I wanted .

I was recommended to Rifena by a friend and I was not disappointed. The minute I walked in and explained to Riccil exactly what I was looking to do with my hair, she knew exactly what I needed. We scheduled the appointment and my hair looks fabulous! I am extremely happy with their services. The entire staff is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend Rifena Beauty Salon!

Terrible business!! Told me the price was $40. After I was told "you have a lot of hair. It will be $50." Then they rang me up for $75!! I was not once told it was $50 for a blow out plus $25 for a hair cut on top of it. Mind you the quality of the blow out of terrible. I could have done a better job with my eyes closed. We called after returning home regarding the price. The owner said he would refund us. We got to the salon and the rude wife of the owner said "we only give back 10% for a discount." Which is not what we were told on the phone. She repeatedly said I was told the price ahead of time. Which was not true. She barely even made eye contact when she spoke to me, probably because she wasn't being honest. We won't be returning back to this poor sad establishment.
