First - Lazy, incompetent, rude staff. They don’t care. They don’t want you to spend money!? Second - Walmart is way cheaper. WM sells milk $3, RD - $5.5 ?? Walmart delivers to your door , RD - you have to go and shop yourself. Avocados ? expensive $78 a case, Aldi, Walmart is way cheaper. Restaurant wholesale market must be much affordable then a normal grocery store ??♂️?Folks, use chinese food companies, local produce companies, any other small local company, trust me - its affordable, will deliver to your door, better customer service ???

The management SUCKS. He need to be terminated ASAP! I’ve been trying to call to speak with a manager but he refuses to accept any calls. He have the employees putting people on hold for HOURSSS until you hang up. I called back 3 times before I finally went off on the lady answering the phone. She then proceeded to tell me that he’s been ignoring peoples phone calls and it’s been like this for a while. He tells her to put the calls on hold knowing he’s never going to pick up the call. I haven’t yet spoken to a manager in this store. He won’t accept any job applications even though it’s listed that they’re hiring. This store will never get my service until they do something about management. I will be reaching out to corporate about this issue.

These people never get it right. And it’s always to their benefit. Unfortunately, my franchise buys from these people as well as myself on a weekly basis. I am currently looking for someone to replace them. Every time that I have a delivery or even worse have to go into the store, it ruins my day. They have very incompetent people working there. Just to give you an idea. We got a small discount on our strip loins being that we’re a large buyer. They had a beef on sale 20% off. I asked for my discount and they said 15% is the best they could do total. So I ended up losing money by asking if I can have my discount. When they already had a 20% discount on it. I just walked away before losing my patience. If you have a choice of shopping somewhere else, I encourage you to do so.

Great store for selection and pricing, but some of the front end employees are very unprofessional. I’ve actually seen a female curse out a customer for basically asking her why she was being so disrespectful, one of the register workers had to calm the employee down. Crazy!!! There are generally 2 girls at the entrance who are usually eating food or on their phone with an ear piece and generally seem very disinterested in helping, leaving me to wonder why it takes 2 people to do what appears to be nothing. It’s not uncommon to hear profanity from some of the front end workers as well as they conversate. Not sure why it always seems to be the females at this location. The employees stocking and working the isles are usually very helpful when asked. I will continue to go to this location seeing that my neighborhood Pompano store is a disgrace and despite the unprofessionalism the store has a great selection. I just hope they hold their front end workers to a higher standard.

Ivana is the Best cashier hands down, she is very energetic and guaranteed to put her bright smile on your face. I love shopping at this particular location because of her.

Restaurant owners know what this place is. You want to spend sometime there to save a few bucks it is worth it. The real issue at this place is management has lost total control over the employees. The employees are so rude. They do not have respect for any of the customers. You talk to them they straight out ignore you. You ask them or something, they don’t have the decency to take a walk and show where things are. And now the newest thing is is all of the employees were AirPods while working. So if you ask them something, you’re disturbing their conversation. The girls at the front are rude 99% of the time so if you say hello, they won’t even say hello back to you.

Worst service ever !!! Always put the wrong price sticker at the wrong place and when we asked about it , the front desk always give bad attitude !!! If I can give you no star I would !!!
