The staff are mostly fine here but they're severely understaffed and overbooked. It's not right to those waiting so long - an hour plus past appointment time - especially the elderly who are fasting. It's like this every day here, not to mention no official WiFi network from Quest nor enough seating.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!!! I RACED TO GET HERE FROM WORK TAKING HALF A DAY BC THEY SAY THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 11. I got here 10:58 turning 10:59 knocked a bunch of times they REFUSED TO ANSWER ME. What good are rules if they do t even follow them!? I made it by one minute and these lowlife POS MADE ME MISS HALF A DAY AND NOT GET MY BLOODWORK BC THEY WANTED TO LOCK THE DOOR EARLY. I dare someone to check the lock system and see what time the lazy POS locked the door!!!! Come on DISTRICT MANAGER, do your diligence and verify this!!!! Waste of GAS waste of TIME waste of not getting done and having to miss work AGAIN to accommodate these hours over LAZY WORKERS. Someone get ahold of me bc every other 30 locations are also CLOSED now. I have a video, but can’t load on here only photos. #proof #trashylocation #LAZY #GOELSEWHERE

The staff here are overworked and understaffed and clearly in a miserable situation. They are, as a result, very rude in their evident hated of their jobs.I would recommend NOT coming here because when this is the culture of a medical site where medical errors are far far more likely to happen.I don’t mind them being rude. I don’t mind being lectured with an exasperated tone for asking the most basic of questions. I can handle to utter lack of information about the hours of operation for the site, if you need an appointment or not, what services they do and don’t offer, etc.I can even deal with them locking the front door 15 minutes before closing, having them tell us not to open the door to anyone who knocks and then having to explain the situation to someone who then gets let in when another patient opens the door to leave. But I draw the line at having zero confidence that I will get accurate medical test results for myself or anyone in my familyEven by Florida’s already pathetically low standards for healthcare, this place achieves a remarkably low rating from me. If there was an option for negative five stars, I’d give it.Ok, to be fair, maybe there’s one situation where you might want to come to this site. If you are taking a drug test screen for an employer and know that you were going to fail it, you might have a better chance of them screwing it up and you actually passing the test and getting the job.

have been to several service points but this is the worst of all.The nurses or the people you have there to provide the service are terrible. I am a young person but see how they treat the elderly in that place. There is a girl with curly hair who is the worst and a woman who is the most adult, they are terrible, they answer all the questions rudely ? you really should select your staff better, they don't work with animals, they work with people who have pain, an illness or who are adults. It made me sad to see how they treat patients. If they don't like working there, they should quit. There are many people who want to do their job and do it well. It is clear that they go to work because they have to, not because they are humane, respectful and professional. Really keep an eye on their service because it is terrible. The girl who treated me helped me, not the sweetest but well, better than the other two I saw, treating a patient poorly, not everyone they interacted with, the way they speak and address people is not human. .this is the worst of all.The nurses or the people you have there to provide the service are terrible. The worst quest diagnostics ever.... Came in and the tech didn't even bother seatching up the order. Had to walk back in and wait as a walk in with 13 other people in the waiting room. Unbelievable

I was a walk-in. Waited about a hour Jennifer took me in walked me thru both prescriptions showed me the duplication and explained I'd be paying out of pocket, so we adjusted the tests taken. Best part was, I didn't feel a thing as she took the blood. Jennifer was a true professional.

The staff is rude, the waiting room crowded and if there is a problem getting blood they kick you out after two tries. They won't try again. That, in my opinion, compromises patient health as it delays testing and medical treatment. This is a blood mill where money is more important than patient safety.

I had to write this review because people should know not to come to this location. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. I waited about 15 and asked when I would be taken. I’m told when they call you. I tried to be kind and tell the moron, that that’s not an answer you give somebody. Her answer to me was well that’s the only answer I have. My answer to you is you should be the first person to be fired. My only question is that stupidity must be a prerequisite for working there. I’m diabetic I can’t hang out for two hours and wait which I explained. Their answer was I don’t know when you’ll be taken. I’m sure if anyone ever ran a business like this, they’d be out of business.

I come to quest for most of my labs. If you know you need labs, and make an appointment far in advance, it's no problem getting an appointment. However, if you need labs quickly it's very hard to find an appointment. They do take walk ins but you could end up waiting several hours because all appointments are taken first. This morning it is very crowded here! I have an appointment but can't check in for another few minutes using the text they sent me but apparently if you go to the kiosk you can check in whenever you get here! Since they take you in order of arrival, that is a new trick I just learned! Today the line moved pretty fast, and the technician that I had was extremely nice. In fact, I wish I had gotten her name because she was one of the nicest text I've ever encountered here at quest.

Horrible customer service. Everybody in the waiting room asks questions and there's not 1 person that people can talk to without getting attitude from the staff. This system is horrible you can't just automate a system when people have healthcare issues. I have a sign of autism spectrum and I can't even get somebody to talk tenderously because they keep ignoring Us. The system is broken and not the right way to handle people with healthcare problems.
