The phone number listed on Google and in the website for this Boynton Beach location is invalid. The hours of operation listed on the website are invalid because they do not open at 6:00 am. Please update the information because I was unable to get an online appointment and when I call I was not able to reach any number listed for the quest Diagnostics in Boynton Beach. Bad business practices.

These office is so unprofessional, Had a 2:40 appointment on December 7 2023. Left work early & fought traffic only to get to the office and find that it had closed for the day at 12:30. No call to cancel or relocate the appointment. Went to the wollbright military office at 2:40 and only three people on the wait. Wait till 3:10 and was told no more draws for the day. The close at 3:30. So as a result I had to cancel my DR. Appointment and reschedule. Only took 2 months for the appointment. Now another 40 days to wait to get in. Unacceptable. Quest Diagnostics could give a hoot about you. Remember that. I'll look for a new location and I'd hope a better company.Very Sad.

Lab staff were helpful, blood testing was quick , hardly felt the needle! Is my Lab of choice!

Had such a nice young lady do an awesome job snd getting a good amount of blood from me. Usually people struggle she did not. I made an appointment snd was seen right when I arrived. The waiting area for quest isn’t attractive but it does the job;)

Terrible location - arrived at 12:05pm. They stated 2:PM. Almost 3 pm and people were walking in getting service. I had to walk out. For a medical place very bad bedside manners and nasty talking. It was clear they did not care’

Awful experience. Very rude personnel. They arrive later than patients. They started working at 8:30. Even if you have an appointment and you make sure to arrive 30 minutes in advance, and you use the terminal, you will be served 45 minutes later. Very toxic place. Employees very rude and deeply passive aggressive .Signs everywhere to make sure you don’t knock on any door or window, they don’t answer any questions. I saw many walks in patients that abandoned the waiting room without attention. They use gloves as a fashion statement because with the same gloves they open doors, use the computer and do the phlebotomy. You can hear the employees chatting a lot, I don’t know how they can focus to do their work. Tinny, dirty and smelly waiting room crowded. Go to other Quest or to Lab Corp. AVOID IT!!

Good attention, compliments and organized. I had no problems with registration or attention. I always suggest asking for an appointment so that they are attended to on time. If you do not have an appointment you must wait a turn

I had an awful experience there 5/26/23. My appointment was 7:50AM, I've arrived on time. No receptionist in the office - self serve terminal which prompts me that I am 10 min late and I am 105th in line and I need to reschedule for another day. What! I've asked for the manager who instead of trying to solve the problem elevates it into a scandal implying that I am lying that I came on time! Wait, there is another patient with the same problem, trying to do express check-in and computer does the same thing - you are late for more then 10 min - reschedule for another day. I think I'll make a formal complaint with corporate office but not sure if such a huge corporation would care about quality control or customer satisfaction.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I never see before. I had appointment with Quest Diagostics on 01/11/2023 at 11:00 am. Their location is on 2623 s seacrest blvd ste 102 boynton beach FL 33436. I came at 10:00am and check in on system. The monitor on the screen show i only need to wait for 2 mins and not too many people on that time. I wait for 20 mins and no one call my name. i spoke to staff who work there and she give me very bad attitude, look very angry face and she said she not guarantee will call my name at 11:00am. I never see the staff give very bad attitude to patient . I am not recommended anyone go to this location for any test.

The ladies there are so sweet and nice. I'm a very difficult person to get blood. And they listen to me as to what works. Very gentle. I love it

No one ever likes giving blood, well most people don’t. I couldn’t make an appointment online at any Quest, for whatever reason, so I did a walk-in. It took about an hour to be called back, which was expected. Once I was called back, I was greeted by the kindest technician, Sandra. Her touch was gentle, but her kindness and laughter were refreshing and infectious. Sandra made the overall experience so pleasant, and I would wait another hour just to see her again. 5/5 stars for Sandra! I’m only putting 4/5 stars for Quest as a company, due to the lack of service and wifi for customers who are needing to wait for long periods of time, and of course the inability to make an appointment and longer wait time for walk-ins.

I had made an appointment for 9AM and I arrived at 8:45AM. I checked in using the QR Code they sent me and was called in at 8:55AM for a nine order blood draw. Had a pleasant conversation with Sonia, the phlebotomist, and was out the door by 9:05AM.It was a very good experience with no complications.The business is on the first floor and has a small waiting room. Seemed to run efficiently while I was there and this was my first time there.
