The staff is noted as friendly and great, with associates happy to help and a fantastic pharmacy team. However, some customers feel that aside from promotional buy-one-get-one deals, other items are overpriced and prices keep rising. The store's layout, common in newer stores, places bread near the dairy section.

I don't visit Publix much because of location. A woman heard me talking about I don't know where things are. She told me where things were. She even took me to there. Until someone else that works there asked for help. I understand that. I wouldn't have a problem going back to there
