Second time where Mel at the deli section makes my subs and he seems like he hates his job....... he's also really slow. Not the best customer experience. I ordered and instantly felt like he either hated me, hated his job or both LOL

Like any grocery chain, Publix does some things well and others not so well, but one thing they do exceptionally well is CAKE! I stopped by to buy a birthday cake. Rather than get a traditional -- aka boring! -- cake with the sugary frosting, I selected the cannoli cake, which happened to be the featured cake of the month. It was made with vanilla cake and cannoli filling, and it featured a light whipped cream frosting. It also had chocolate ganache on top along with several chocolate chip cannoli's. Delightful! Chocoholics will absolutely love the chocolate ganache cake. So rich and delicious. You may even be tempted to just plant your face in the cake and start eating! Unfortunately, you may have to share this decadent treat. Be sure to join the Publix Club. Not only will you receive notices of their sales and deals such as $2 off of $10, you will also receive a bar cake for your birthday. They have a variety of bar cake choices to satisfy every type of craving. And if you prefer pie, Publix has one of the best key lime pies around. No, I don't work at Publix. Nor am I a paid spokesperson. I just love their cakes.

Awful moldy, slimy, disgusting red grapes. After arriving home, I went back to Publix to return them. The manager could not care at all. He didn't even apologize. I got my money back and will no longer buy any fruit or vegetables from them.

Nicest supermarket staff I've ever encountered. Everyone is so helpful and efficient. Even a customer's spill was treated so professionally. Good Job!

Anchored by Publix, this is much more than just a simple strip mall. It is a multi-structure shopping plaza that includes restaurants, retail shopping and professional offices plus a Walgreens and two banks. It is adjacent to a park and an elementary school. The Turnpike exit is also nearby.Well set back from the main road, the center has very good landscaping and a pretty walkway if you end up hiking from your parking space to the store.[Review 13696 overall, 1016 of 2020, number 1107 in Florida.]

So possibly this plaza is the most visited one by me. The reason being that I live in one of the canyon communities near by. It's about 2 miles from my home and extremely convenient. Canyon Town Center consists of: (Order of what I visit the most to least) Publix- it's decent in size and the employees are great. Starbucks- this location makes good drinks. Panera- Always fine. Chipotle- mediocre location with inconsistency. Nail salon- Different ownership recently but still good. Post office- Itty nitty location but worth it for a quick drop off. Two different banks. Emergency care on the spot office- went there when Sam broke his hand. They were awesome. Where I usually don't go to but it's within the premises: There a yogurt/ice cream place, amphitheater, soccer area, sushi restaurant etc. Overall great to go here if you live near by.

Great shopping center developed by GL Homes. Lots of nice restaurants and stores. Anchored by Publix. There are several different buildings.

Publix is the embodiment of southern hospitality. The employees are always friendly and happy to help with any and everything. They truly treat you as family and make you feel like you are going to a family owned store.
