I stopped going to the Publix Cross Street to Wawa, Boynton Beach West, because of the lack of ethics and racism of one employee. Then, I'm starting to go to the one at Fountain Plaza. Hard parking lot, but up today was a nice place. The manager started to go behind me for everything I was opening at the Ice Cream Hall. Waiting a few minutes, I closed the glass door and rechecking them by himself, like seconds after me. When I noticed after 3 times, I asked him directly what was happening and that I felt uncomfortable, that his actions were out of place. He laughed, had no words, and continued, re checking everything after me. I spoke to a customer service, Spanish girl, about his adnormal behavior. His working hours finished and left just when I was paying. Unconformable.

Worst pharmacy ever, I tried calling and had to call several times, they would pick up and I can hear them talking in the background and they just place the call back on hold without saying anything. Finally after calling about 7 times someone answered and placed me on hold for 10 minutes before actually speaking to me.

Ralph in the front end was dynamic, taking time to greet as well as secure me a fast check out in the crowd with only a few cans of cat food. he should be running the store

The worst pharmacy ever. My doctor sent prescription 10 in the morning, I called at 1 pm and a man told me it wil be ready in one hour. At 5:30 pm I called again and it wasn't ready, lady told me pharmacy computer change my order for tomorrow but if I want she will make it in 30 minutes. I don't know what's going on in this pharmacy their is really something wrong!

Food: 5 Service: 5 Food Court: 0 A filthy dining room is a sign of poor sanitation. It ruins an otherwise positive experience.

I'm speaking specifically about the deli at this store (Fountains of Boynton). Recently I bought the chicken croquettes. They had no filling in them! Also, they rarely have any fried chicken and ready made sub sandwiches in stock. I realize they may be short on staff but the quality of this item (pictured below) is completely unacceptable!

Even is always super friendly. Customer service handles things quickly. Aisles are wide. Customers are friendly for the most part. I enjoy shopping here for all of those reasons. There are a few issues that bother me outside the realm of grocery shopping so I will keep them to myself in fairness to all the wonderful staff.

Have had a great experience with this store since the first time I came in. They were very helpful and have always been prompt, informative & helpful with any issues I have. Especially Tiffany & Renee are always extremely friendly and provide great quality service.

I've noticed publix is doing more and more price gouging! Prices steady going up to sometimes double or more to wal mart!! It can't be covid excuses as wal mart does not. Price gouge! Shame on you publix. Ripping off your customers . You deserve no stars. Your fake a** family comercials are a big Lie! Shame on you !

Dr. prescribed medication for second degree burn yesterday afternoon. From past experience (with sepsis med), pharmacy doesn’t answer phone (although I tried calling-yet again). I was on hold for the usual 50 minutes and gave up.Husband went last night to pick burn cream up...”won’t be here for 45 minutes” (closing time). I went at 9:30 this morning, at which time I was told “it won’t be in til after 3 p.m. tomorrow.” TOMORROW? It was coming around closing time. No phone calls; no alerts. Two wild goose chases, then a third. (They “had the med”, then they didn’t.). They had a smaller prescription (which could gave EASILY been converted-and was-when I held up by broiled hand and told them they had to make good on their promise of yesterday’s delivery).Recommdations for a pharmacy? Really shocked...I LOVE Publix.
